【摘要】：藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生作為國(guó)家未來文化事業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,肩負(fù)著繼承與發(fā)展中國(guó)藝術(shù)文化傳統(tǒng)的使命,肩負(fù)著弘揚(yáng)中華文化精神的歷史使命。藝德關(guān)系到藝術(shù)人才的職業(yè)操守,關(guān)系到藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作的價(jià)值取向,關(guān)系到文藝為誰服務(wù)的問題,關(guān)系到藝術(shù)傳統(tǒng)的繼承與發(fā)展問題。作為職業(yè)準(zhǔn)備期的藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生,應(yīng)該樹立怎樣的藝德?如何實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生在校期間藝德的養(yǎng)成教育?針對(duì)這些問題,本文就“什么是藝德”“藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生藝德現(xiàn)狀”和“如何培養(yǎng)藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生的藝德”等三方面進(jìn)行研究。通過對(duì)藝德概念進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)藝德養(yǎng)成基本理論進(jìn)行了研究,通過問卷調(diào)查方式,對(duì)藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀分析,并有針對(duì)性的找出藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生藝德教育制約因素,利用相關(guān)理論提出改善藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生藝德教育的對(duì)策。本文提出,藝術(shù)院校大學(xué)生,因其學(xué)業(yè)屬于藝術(shù)技能教育,而藝術(shù)修養(yǎng)與學(xué)生的道德人格修養(yǎng),與其對(duì)美的理解及自我修養(yǎng)緊密相關(guān),與國(guó)家對(duì)藝術(shù)宣傳的價(jià)值指向相關(guān),因而,必須整合社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和教師多方面教育資源,強(qiáng)化藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生自身的修養(yǎng),確立文藝為社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)服務(wù)的價(jià)值理念,確立文藝為繼承優(yōu)秀中華文化服務(wù)的理念,在大學(xué)期間,實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)技能與德性的雙修,切實(shí)培養(yǎng)國(guó)家所需要的藝術(shù)人才。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of the country's future cultural cause and cultural industry development, art college students shoulder the mission of inheriting and developing Chinese artistic and cultural traditions. Bearing the historical mission of carrying forward the spirit of Chinese culture, art and morality are related to the professional integrity of artistic talents, to the value orientation of artistic creation, to the question of who literature and art serve. It is related to the inheritance and development of art tradition. What kind of art morality should be set up for the students of art colleges and universities in the period of professional preparation? How to realize the cultivation education of art morality for art college students? In view of these problems, this paper studies "what is art virtue", "the present situation of art morality of art college students" and "how to cultivate the art morality of art college students", and defines the concept of art morality. This paper studies the basic theory of the cultivation of art morality, analyzes the present situation of art college students by means of questionnaire, and finds out the restricting factors of art moral education for art college students. In this paper, the author points out that art college students, because their studies belong to art skill education, art accomplishment and students' moral personality accomplishment. It is not only closely related to its understanding of beauty and self-cultivation, but also related to the value of national art propaganda. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the educational resources of society, school, family and teachers, so as to strengthen the cultivation of art students themselves. To establish the value concept of literature and art for socialist cultural construction, to establish the concept of literature and art serving for inheriting excellent Chinese culture, to realize the double revision of artistic skill and virtue during the period of university, and to train the art talents that the country needs.
