【摘要】：公正是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨奮斗的價(jià)值方向,是建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn),也是構(gòu)筑和諧社會(huì)的題中之義。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生肩負(fù)建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的重要責(zé)任,是山西省實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵力量,目前大學(xué)生正處于自身價(jià)值觀念形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,對(duì)我省大學(xué)生公正觀的研究,有助于提升大學(xué)生對(duì)馬克思主義公正理論的認(rèn)知,有利于消除西方新自由主義、普世價(jià)值論等社會(huì)思潮的影響,有益于大學(xué)生吸收感悟社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的精髓要求,從而使大學(xué)生可以客觀看待社會(huì)上各種涉及公正的現(xiàn)象,能夠自覺地用所學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,自覺樹立科學(xué)的公正觀。因此,社會(huì)公正的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要大學(xué)生樹立理性的公正觀,對(duì)于今后能否為國(guó)家乃至我省的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量具有決定作用,研究大學(xué)生公正觀至關(guān)重要。本文堅(jiān)持馬克思主義公正觀指導(dǎo)思想,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和問卷調(diào)查法來研究當(dāng)前山西省大學(xué)生公正觀。全文共分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分包括研究背景和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的與方法、研究?jī)?nèi)容和創(chuàng)新與不足;第二部分探討了與大學(xué)生公正觀相關(guān)的公正基本概念和基礎(chǔ)理論,其中對(duì)大學(xué)生公正觀的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了全面闡述,由大學(xué)生的公正理論認(rèn)知、公正現(xiàn)象評(píng)判和公正行為實(shí)踐,明確了大學(xué)生公正觀的研究范圍;第三部分通過對(duì)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)整理,分析我省大學(xué)生公正觀現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出其在公正觀認(rèn)知、評(píng)判和行為選擇等方面存在的問題;第四部分著重從大學(xué)生日常接觸的環(huán)境角度分析山西省大學(xué)生公正觀問題產(chǎn)生的原因;第五部分則是分別從學(xué)校、社會(huì)、個(gè)人及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等方面探討我省大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)公正觀的對(duì)策,尤其是從高校思政教育角度,推行思政理論課“五課聯(lián)動(dòng)”改革,以及運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)公正觀教育途徑來引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)理性的公正觀。
[Abstract]:Justice is the value direction of the CPC's struggle, the essence of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the meaning of constructing a harmonious society. It is the key force to realize the transformation and leapfrogging development in Shanxi Province. At present, college students are in the critical period of forming their own values. The research on the justice view of college students in our province is helpful to enhance the cognition of the Marxist justice theory among the college students. It is beneficial to eliminate the influence of western neoliberalism, universal value theory and other social trends, and benefit college students to absorb and understand the quintessence requirements of socialist core values, so that college students can objectively look at all kinds of phenomena involving justice in society. The realization of social justice requires college students to establish a rational view of justice. Whether we can contribute to the development of our country or even our province in the future, it is very important to study the view of justice of college students. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part includes the background and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the purpose and method of the research. The second part discusses the basic concepts and basic theories of justice related to the view of justice of college students, in which the content of the view of justice of college students is comprehensively expounded, and the cognition of justice theory of college students is given. The third part analyzes the current situation of college students' view of justice through statistical analysis of the questionnaire and summarizes their cognition in the view of justice. Part 4th focuses on the analysis of the causes of university students' view of justice in Shanxi Province from the perspective of the environment of college students' daily contact; part 5th is from the perspective of school, society, and so on. This paper probes into the countermeasures of setting up the scientific view of justice for college students in our province, especially from the angle of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and carries out the reform of "five lessons linkage" in the course of ideological and political theory. And use network justice view education way to guide college students to set up scientific and rational view of justice.
