【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國高校教育系科的分布呈現(xiàn)出全面但不均衡的特點(diǎn),主要分布在綜合院校、師范院校、公辦本科院校、省屬院校。影響教育系科分布的因素主要有三個(gè):教師教育轉(zhuǎn)型政策的影響、教師教育發(fā)展需求的促動(dòng)、普通高等學(xué)校的分布和類型定位。為此,各地應(yīng)依據(jù)教育需求制定教育系科的恰當(dāng)比例,各類型院校也應(yīng)充分利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)合理設(shè)置教育系科,并形成各自特色。
[Abstract]:At present, the distribution of education departments in colleges and universities in our country is comprehensive but uneven, mainly distributed in comprehensive colleges, normal colleges, public undergraduate colleges and universities. There are three main factors influencing the distribution of education departments: the influence of teacher education transformation policy, the promotion of teacher education development needs, the distribution and type orientation of ordinary colleges and universities. The appropriate proportion of education departments should be determined according to the educational needs, and all kinds of colleges and universities should make full use of their own advantages to set up education departments reasonably and form their own characteristics.
