【摘要】：目前,推動(dòng)國防特色高校成果轉(zhuǎn)化勢(shì)在必行,但仍然存在諸多問題和阻礙,如科技與市場(chǎng)脫節(jié)、成果轉(zhuǎn)化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制的缺失、科技成果的流失現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、專業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)構(gòu)和管理措施的缺失等等。然而在軍民融合的大背景下,高校成果轉(zhuǎn)化將迎來新的變革。
[Abstract]:At present, it is imperative to promote the transformation of achievements in colleges and universities with national defense characteristics, but there are still many problems and obstacles, such as the disconnection between science and technology and the market, the risk of the transformation of achievements, the lack of reward mechanism, and the serious loss of scientific and technological achievements. However, under the background of the integration of military and civil affairs, the transformation of achievements in colleges and universities will usher in new changes.
