德治禮序與中國大學(xué)治理

【摘要】:建設(shè)中國特色一流大學(xué)與現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度需重視對傳統(tǒng)大學(xué)文化的保留與傳承,也需要回歸傳統(tǒng)以尋求智慧,挖掘其當(dāng)代價值。從歷史角度看,以德治禮序為核心的儒家文化長期以來都是古代大學(xué)的制度與理念核心;清末至民國期間,隨著西方大學(xué)辦學(xué)模式、理念的傳入,"中體西用"成為近代大學(xué)的主要特征;而建國后的中國大學(xué),從蘇聯(lián)模式到歐美模式,"西方中心主義"長期盛行,西方經(jīng)驗成為主流經(jīng)驗。建設(shè)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度,不僅旨在實現(xiàn)世界水平,更要立足中國特色,凸顯中國文化,弘揚德治禮序。大學(xué)德治要求在加強學(xué)生德育、師德建設(shè)、道德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的同時,明確自律與他律的區(qū)別,切勿本末倒置,以手段當(dāng)作目的。倡導(dǎo)大學(xué)之禮就是要明確個體的角色、權(quán)利與責(zé)任,維護(hù)師道尊嚴(yán)。此外,德治禮序的文化邏輯可為大學(xué)治理制度邏輯的局限性提供有效補充,從而實現(xiàn)大學(xué)德治與法治的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The construction of the first-class universities with Chinese characteristics and the modern university system should attach importance to the preservation and inheritance of the traditional university culture, and also need to return to the tradition in order to seek wisdom and excavate its contemporary value. The Confucian culture, which is centered on the order of morality governing rites, has long been the core of the system and concept of ancient universities. During the period from the end of Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, with the introduction of the mode of running a university in the west and the introduction of the idea, "the use of the Chinese body and the west" became the main characteristic of the modern university. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, from the Soviet model to the European and American model, "Western centralism" prevailed for a long time, Western experience became the mainstream experience. The construction of modern university system is not only to achieve the world level. We should base ourselves on Chinese characteristics, highlight Chinese culture, and carry forward the order of ruling by virtue. While strengthening students' moral education, teachers' moral construction and moral leadership, we should make clear the difference between self-discipline and heteronomy, and do not put the cart before the horse. To use means as an end. To advocate the propriety of a university is to define the roles, rights and responsibilities of the individual, and to maintain the dignity of the teacher. The cultural logic of the order of morality can provide an effective supplement for the limitation of the logic of the university governance system, thus realizing the unity of the rule of virtue and the rule of law.
