【摘要】：教師資格證作為一種對(duì)教育行業(yè)從業(yè)教師的許可認(rèn)證,隨著教師資格考試變成國(guó)考,意味著"師范"的專屬性消失、教師教育面臨解制的可能風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以及教師轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閲?guó)考"服務(wù)者"。但教師資格國(guó)考強(qiáng)化了教師職業(yè)的專業(yè)性、準(zhǔn)教師的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和能力等,教師教育體系能夠提供有力的保障。只有發(fā)揮教師教育專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),才能真正把握機(jī)遇。獨(dú)特的學(xué)科綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)和改革創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì),可以有效地將學(xué)術(shù)性和教育性結(jié)合起來(lái),推動(dòng)教師教育的學(xué)科專業(yè)發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展。必須立足自身優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)新辦學(xué)思路,實(shí)現(xiàn)職前培養(yǎng)與職后培養(yǎng)的有效融通,以"人才品牌"建設(shè)推動(dòng)教師教育"做強(qiáng)",以"多元化"模式提升"準(zhǔn)教師"整體素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Teacher qualification certificate, as a kind of license certification for teachers in education industry, with the teacher qualification examination becoming national test, means that the "teacher training" specificity disappears, and teacher education is faced with the possible risk of deconstruction. But the teacher qualification examination strengthens the professional nature of the teacher profession, the innovation consciousness and ability of the prospective teacher, and so on. The teacher education system can provide a strong guarantee. Only by giving full play to the advantages of teachers' education specialty, can we really grasp the opportunity, the unique comprehensive advantage of discipline and the advantage of reform and innovation. It can effectively combine academic and educational nature, and promote the development of discipline, specialty and innovation ability of teacher education. We must base ourselves on our own advantages and innovate the thinking of running a school. To realize the effective combination of pre-service training and post-service training, to promote teacher education by "talent brand" construction, and to promote "quasi-teacher" overall accomplishment by "diversity" mode.

【正文快照】： 一、國(guó)家教師資格考試改革背景下教師教育面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)教師資格考試改革,意味著“師范”的專屬性已經(jīng)消失,教師教育面臨著布局調(diào)整甚至是“洗牌”。伴隨著教育綜合改革的深入,基礎(chǔ)教育對(duì)教師要求的變化也對(duì)教師教育提出了新的要求。這些變化對(duì)于教師教育來(lái)說(shuō),面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。
