【摘要】：碩士研究生的教育是我國較高層次的教育,目的是培養(yǎng)大量的高層次人才滿足社會對人才的需求。但是隨著我國教育的大眾化,研究生數(shù)量的大幅度增加,體育類碩士研究生也是研究生這支大隊伍里的一部分。2009年以來,我國招收碩士研究生的數(shù)量逐年增加,隨著研究生大幅度的擴招,每年畢業(yè)研究生的數(shù)量也大幅度增加,但是社會就業(yè)崗位的增加遠遠小于每年研究生畢業(yè)人數(shù),這樣就造成了人才的堆積,供大于求的現(xiàn)象,研究生的就業(yè)形勢也是每況愈下。研究生的就業(yè)情況直接影響到我國碩士研究生的教育和社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,所以碩士畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題也慢慢的成為了社會關注的焦點,而全日制體育碩士專業(yè)是全日制碩士學位當中的一個獨立專業(yè),所以,全日制體育碩士研究生的就業(yè)也必然會引起高校和社會的高度關注。針對現(xiàn)有的狀況,本文通過教育類碩士研究生的就業(yè)與體育類碩士研究生的就業(yè)為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調查法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法進行對比研究,來分析當下碩士研究生的就業(yè)狀況,然后對北京體育大學碩士研究生的就業(yè)狀況進行分析,進一步了解北京體育大學田徑方向的碩士研究生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。得出結論如下:1、2013--2016屆北京體育大學田徑方向的研究生的就業(yè)率逐年下降,就業(yè)形勢不容樂觀。2、北京體育大學田徑方向碩士研究生在求職的地域及職位的選擇都太集中,就業(yè)觀念不合理。3、北京體育大學田徑方向碩士研究生的專業(yè)課程的設置與社會用人單位的需求脫離。4、北京體育大學田徑方向碩士研究生在校期間接受到就業(yè)指導比較少。針對以上問題本文提出幾條相應的發(fā)展對策:1.學校要健全培養(yǎng)機制;2.合理設置課程;3.加強就業(yè)指導;4.碩士研究生提高自身綜合素質;5.規(guī)范用人單位行為。
[Abstract]:Postgraduate education is the level of China's higher education is to meet the social demand for talent cultivation of high level talents in large quantities. But with the popularization of education, the number of graduate students has increased greatly, the team is also a graduate student in a part of the.2009 Sports Postgraduates. The number of students enrolled in China increased year by year graduate, graduate students with substantial enrollment, every year the number of graduate students has increased, but the increase in employment is far less than the annual graduate, this will cause the accumulation of talent, oversupply, graduate employment situation is worse. The graduate employment situation directly affects the development of our country's postgraduate education and the social economy, so the employment problem of graduates has slowly become the social concern The focus of the full-time sports master professional is an independent professional, full-time masters degree so full-time physical education postgraduate employment will also pay close attention to the universities and society. In view of the existing situation, the education of postgraduate employment and Sports Postgraduates Employment as the research object by using the method of literature, interview, comparative study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method, to analyze the current graduate employment status, then the master of the Beijing Sport University graduate employment situation analysis, to further understand the direction of Beijing Sport University track and field graduate employment status. The conclusions are as follows: 12013--2016 of the Beijing Sport University track and field research the direction of students' employment rate decreased year by year, the employment situation is not optimistic about the.2, the Beijing Sport University track and field direction. Postgraduate study in the region and the post job options are too concentrated, the concept of employment is not reasonable.3, social setting and professional courses postgraduate students of the Beijing Sport University track and field direction of the needs of employers from.4, Beijing Sport University graduate school athletics period by indirect employment guidance is relatively small. In view of the above problems, this article proposes several the corresponding countermeasures: 1. the school should improve the training mechanism; 2. reasonable curriculum; 3. to strengthen the employment guidance; 4. graduate students to improve their comprehensive quality; 5. employers regulate behavior.
