【摘要】：公民教育,主要是指社會(huì)或者社會(huì)群體等教育組織對(duì)公民的國(guó)家意識(shí)認(rèn)同感,生活方式方法,社會(huì)行為規(guī)范,個(gè)人價(jià)值觀念等方面進(jìn)行的教育。旨在培養(yǎng)合格的公民。公民教育的思想最早產(chǎn)生于國(guó)外,主要包括自由主義,多元主義,社群主義,共和主義的公民教育思想。國(guó)內(nèi)外公民教育的優(yōu)秀成果也值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。雖然我國(guó)并未較早地提出公民教育,但是在我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中早已蘊(yùn)含著公民教育的思想,在建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的今天,在公民教育的視角出發(fā),公民意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)已是時(shí)代要求。大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)的歷史責(zé)任,所以,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)教育尤為重要。本文從大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)的重要方面為出發(fā)點(diǎn),即主要表現(xiàn)為國(guó)家意識(shí),道德意識(shí),法律意識(shí),責(zé)任意識(shí),民主意識(shí)。在對(duì)大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查后發(fā)現(xiàn),絕大部分大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)總體較好,但是在公民意識(shí)的具體落實(shí)方面,依然有部分大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了淡薄和缺乏的現(xiàn)象,如國(guó)家和公民概念的模糊,道德意識(shí)出現(xiàn)了不同程度的滑坡,法制觀念淡薄,責(zé)任感下降,民主意識(shí)呈現(xiàn)消極的現(xiàn)狀。本文主要針對(duì)大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)教育展開調(diào)查,分析存在的問題,進(jìn)而采取相應(yīng)措施完善大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)教育。本文主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論。首先介紹大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的選題背景,研究意義。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。然后系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)本課題研究?jī)?nèi)容,思路,方法。第二部分是公民教育的基礎(chǔ)理論部分,公民教育的相關(guān)概念及主要思想,國(guó)內(nèi)外公民教育的優(yōu)秀成果。第三部分是公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)和大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的必要性。第四部分是大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)論及歸因分析。第五部分是完善大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的可行對(duì)策,分別從國(guó)家層面,學(xué)校層面,社會(huì)層面來詳細(xì)闡述大學(xué)生公民意識(shí)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Civic education, mainly refers to the social or social groups and other educational organizations to identify with the national consciousness of citizens, lifestyle methods, social behavior norms. Personal values and other aspects of education. Aimed at training qualified citizens. The idea of civic education originated from abroad, mainly including liberalism, pluralism, communitarianism. The thought of Republican civic education and the outstanding achievements of civic education at home and abroad are also worthy of our study and reference, although our country did not put forward civic education earlier. But in our traditional culture contains the idea of civic education, in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics today, in the perspective of civic education. The cultivation of civic consciousness is the requirement of the times. College students shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, so. It is particularly important to strengthen the education of college students' civic consciousness. This paper starts from the important aspects of college students' civic consciousness, that is, the national consciousness, moral consciousness, legal consciousness and responsibility consciousness. After investigating the status quo of college students' civic consciousness, it is found that the majority of college students' civic awareness is good in general, but in the specific implementation of civic awareness. There are still some college students appeared the phenomenon of weakness and lack, such as the ambiguity of the concept of state and citizen, the moral consciousness has declined to varying degrees, the concept of legal system is weak, and the sense of responsibility has declined. This article mainly aims at the university student citizen consciousness education to carry on the investigation, the analysis exists the question. And then take appropriate measures to improve the civic awareness of college students. This paper is divided into the following parts. The first part is the introduction. First introduce the background of the topic of the cultivation of civic awareness of college students. Research significance. Domestic and foreign research status. Then systematically summarize the research content, ideas, methods. The second part is the basic theory of civic education, civic education related concepts and main ideas. The third part is the theoretical basis of the cultivation of civic awareness and the necessity of cultivating the civic awareness of college students. Part 4th is the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of civic awareness of college students. The conclusion of the investigation and attribution analysis. Part 5th is the feasible countermeasures to perfect the cultivation of college students' civic consciousness, respectively from the national level, the school level, the social level to elaborate the countermeasures of college students' civic consciousness in detail.
