大學生人格培育視野下蔡元培美育思想研究

【摘要】:蔡元培教育思想在中國教育史上具有舉足輕重的地位,他的美育思想是其教育思想的重要構成,目的是要通過美育促進德育的完成,培育健全的人格,以美促德,以美塑人。在當前充斥社會的各種成功學、功利性教育影響下,一些大學生片面重視滿足個體和社會世俗性發(fā)展的要求,忽略自身精神素質、道德素質的提高,使自身成為有知識、有能力的人,但卻在精神上和人格上有所欠缺、發(fā)展不健全。蔡元培認為教育究其實質是促進人格成就的事業(yè),教育的起點和歸宿都是要培育健全完善的人格。蔡元培美育思想是中西方美育思想交融的產物,其本質是借助美的對象來陶養(yǎng)受教育者的個體情感,潛移默化中感染和熏陶受教育者情感,提升高尚的道德境界,其落腳點是以美育促進道德教育,實現人的全方位、各方面協(xié)調發(fā)展。借鑒蔡元培美育思想的精華和對當前高校人格培育的意義,促進大學生崇高精神境界和健全人格的培育。首先分析蔡元培美育思想的來源和產生,以及將美育列入國家教育方針的歷程。他的美育思想是中國古代傳統(tǒng)的美學思想和西方近代美學理論相互交流融合的產物,是理性和感性的有機統(tǒng)一,美育從無到有,再到被明確列入國家教育方針經歷了"三育說"、"五育說"和"四育說"。接下來從人格培育的視角分析整理蔡元培美育思想的主要內容,主要闡述注重人格培育的美育思想的本質、功能和實施三方面內容。力求此基礎上發(fā)掘蔡元培美育思想對大學生人格培育的借鑒作用。最后分析了高校當前人格培育中出現的一些問題,借鑒蔡元培美育思想尋求解決思路,以美育促進大學生道德人格的養(yǎng)成、智慧人格的發(fā)展,來引導大學生智德合一、美善合一,并嘗試發(fā)掘中國傳統(tǒng)文化美育因素中的優(yōu)秀精神和品質,引導大學生進行美育活動,提高美的鑒賞能力,提升大學生精神境界。
[Abstract]:Cai Yuanpei's educational thought plays an important role in the history of Chinese education. His aesthetic education thought is an important component of his educational thought. The purpose is to promote the completion of moral education and cultivate a sound personality through aesthetic education. Under the influence of various successful studies and utilitarian education, some college students pay one-sided attention to meet the requirements of individual and social secular development, ignoring their own spiritual quality. The improvement of moral quality makes oneself become a person with knowledge and ability, but he lacks in spirit and personality and develops unhealthily. Cai Yuanpei believes that education is essentially a cause to promote personality achievement. The starting point and destination of education is to cultivate a sound and perfect personality. Cai Yuanpei's aesthetic education thought is the product of the blending of Chinese and Western aesthetic education thoughts, and its essence is to cultivate the individual emotion of the educated with the help of the object of beauty. Imperceptibly infects and edifies the educatee's emotion, promotes the noble moral realm, its goal is to promote the moral education with the esthetic education, realizes the human omni-directional. All aspects of coordinated development. Learn from the essence of Cai Yuanpei's aesthetic education thought and the significance of personality cultivation in colleges and universities. To promote the cultivation of lofty spiritual realm and sound personality of college students. Firstly, the origin and production of Cai Yuanpei's aesthetic education thought are analyzed. His aesthetic education thought is the product of the exchange and fusion of the traditional aesthetic thought of China and the western modern aesthetic theory, and it is the organic unity of reason and sensibility. Aesthetic education from scratch to be explicitly included in the national education policy experienced "three education theory", "five education theory" and "four education theory". Then from the perspective of personality cultivation analysis of the main content of Cai Yuanpei's aesthetic education thought. It mainly expounds the essence of aesthetic education thought which pays attention to the cultivation of personality. Function and implementation of three aspects. On this basis to explore the aesthetic education of Cai Yuanpei on the basis of the role of personality cultivation of college students. Finally, this paper analyzes some problems in the current personality cultivation in colleges and universities. Use Cai Yuanpei's aesthetic education thought for reference to seek the solution thought, promote the cultivation of college students' moral personality and the development of intelligent personality with aesthetic education, to guide college students' integration of wisdom and virtue, beauty and kindness. It also tries to explore the excellent spirit and quality in the aesthetic education factors of Chinese traditional culture, guide college students to carry out aesthetic education activities, improve their aesthetic appreciation ability and enhance their spiritual state.
