【摘要】：全面深化高等教育改革背景下,青島市民辦高等教育蓬勃發(fā)展,成為推動(dòng)青島市高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要力量之一。教師是民辦高校發(fā)展的主體,民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的高低不僅會(huì)威脅民辦高校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,而且對(duì)民辦高校的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有較大影響。因此,民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問(wèn)題對(duì)民辦高校的健康發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的。然而,就當(dāng)前青島市民辦高校的發(fā)展來(lái)看,青島市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)的較為突出,以致影響到了青島市民辦高校的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展利益。本文以青島市具有代表性的4所民辦高校的部分教師作為主要調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入、系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查研究。依據(jù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析、總結(jié)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在的主要問(wèn)題,如教師年齡結(jié)構(gòu),教師學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu),教師職稱(chēng)結(jié)構(gòu),教師科研意識(shí)與科研能力,教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì),教師穩(wěn)定性等方面,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)青島市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了原因分析,并論述了我國(guó)部分省、市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)青島市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了相應(yīng)的建設(shè)性對(duì)策,即優(yōu)化青島市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的外部環(huán)境,完善青島市民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的內(nèi)部管理制度,加強(qiáng)教師自我管理、提高教師自身素質(zhì),以期能夠?yàn)榍鄭u市民辦高校建立業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)高、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的教師隊(duì)伍提供些許借鑒意義,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)青島市民辦高等教育事業(yè)的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening the reform of higher education in an all-round way, private higher education in Qingdao is booming and has become one of the important forces to promote the development of higher education in Qingdao. Teachers are the main body of the development of private colleges and universities. The quality of teachers in private colleges and universities will not only threaten the quality of private colleges and universities, but also have a greater impact on the long-term development of private colleges and universities. The construction of teachers in private colleges and universities is very important to the healthy development of private universities. However, from the point of view of the current development of private colleges and universities in Qingdao. The problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao are more prominent. As a result, it affects the long-term development interests of private universities in Qingdao. This paper takes some teachers of 4 representative private colleges and universities in Qingdao as the main object of investigation. On the basis of the investigation data, the author analyzes and summarizes the main problems in the construction of private colleges and universities, such as the age structure of teachers and the structure of teachers' academic qualifications. On the basis of teachers' professional title structure, teachers' scientific research consciousness and ability, teachers' training opportunities, teachers' stability and so on, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers' ranks in private colleges and universities in Qingdao. It also discusses the advanced experience in the construction of teachers in some provinces and cities of China, and puts forward some constructive countermeasures against the problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao. That is to optimize the external environment of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, improve the internal management system of teachers in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, strengthen the self-management of teachers and improve the quality of teachers themselves. The aim is to provide some reference for the establishment of teachers with high professional quality and reasonable structure in private colleges and universities in Qingdao, and then to promote the sustained, healthy and stable development of private higher education in Qingdao.
