醫(yī)學(xué)生評教指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:目的:教學(xué)是教與學(xué)的雙向互動性活動,對教學(xué)活動的評價自然不能忽略教學(xué)的主體——學(xué)生。為此,本文旨在以學(xué)生對教學(xué)的認(rèn)知狀態(tài)為契入點(diǎn),以學(xué)生的視角和熟知的方式,構(gòu)建一套既科學(xué)、客觀,又便于操作的適用于醫(yī)學(xué)生評教的指標(biāo)體系,為以醫(yī)學(xué)生為主體的醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)評價提供適宜工具,為相關(guān)研究提供可供借鑒的素材。方法:通過系統(tǒng)全面的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,梳理相關(guān)研究及知識脈絡(luò),為本研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ),尤其是必要的方法學(xué)準(zhǔn)備;通過對國內(nèi)、外現(xiàn)有的高校學(xué)生評教指標(biāo)體系的對比分析,為本研究擬構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系提供參照系,尤其是指標(biāo)體系的邏輯架構(gòu)和條目的設(shè)置;通過問卷調(diào)查法對某高校的醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)生評教的調(diào)查,由此獲得學(xué)生評教指標(biāo)的構(gòu)成要素,以此為基礎(chǔ)形成問卷的基本條目,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查;通過信度分析和因子分析對問卷測評指標(biāo)進(jìn)行完善和修正,形成了醫(yī)學(xué)生評教指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)容框架;隨后,采用熵值法對各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行賦值,最終確定了指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)果:1.以醫(yī)學(xué)教育的特殊性和人本理論為理論依據(jù),利用項(xiàng)目分析法和因素分析法,初步擬定了醫(yī)學(xué)生評教指標(biāo)體系的題項(xiàng)。該指標(biāo)體系由4個維度(教師的課前行為、課堂/表現(xiàn)形式、課堂中的組織/清晰性、課后學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)/價值感)23個指標(biāo)組成。2.各維度的權(quán)值分別為教師的課前行為(0.0867)、課堂/表現(xiàn)形式(0.4515)、課堂中的組織/清晰性(0.1858)、課后學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)/價值感(0.2758)。3.研究結(jié)果顯示構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系Cronbach's Alpha系數(shù)為0.942,個維度的Cronbach's Alpha系數(shù)分別為0.771、0.840、0.859、0.924;醫(yī)學(xué)指標(biāo)體系的分半信度的Cronbach's Alpha系數(shù)分別為0.917和0.880。指標(biāo)體系中的各指標(biāo)與總分呈現(xiàn)中度相關(guān),各指標(biāo)與總分之間相關(guān)性達(dá)到了顯著性水平(P0.01)。結(jié)論:本研究基于醫(yī)學(xué)生的視角,初步構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系具有較好的信度、效度,可以為醫(yī)學(xué)院校的學(xué)生評教活動提供客觀、科學(xué)、可信的測評工具,同時為評教指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: teaching is a two-way interactive activity between teaching and learning. The evaluation of teaching activities can not ignore the main body of teaching-students. In the view of students and familiar with the way to build a scientific, objective, but also easy to operate applicable to the evaluation of medical students' indicators system, for medical students as the main body of medical teaching evaluation to provide the appropriate tools. Methods: through systematic and comprehensive literature investigation, combing the relevant research and knowledge context, to lay a theoretical foundation for this study, especially the necessary methodological preparation; Through the comparative analysis of the existing index system of college students' evaluation of teaching in China and abroad, this paper provides a reference system for the index system to be constructed, especially the logical structure of the index system and the setting of items; Through the investigation of the medical students' evaluation of teaching in a certain university, the constituent elements of the students' evaluation of teaching are obtained, and the basic items of the questionnaire are formed on the basis of which the questionnaire is carried out. Through reliability analysis and factor analysis, the questionnaire evaluation index is improved and revised, and the content frame of the index system of medical students' evaluation of teaching is formed. Subsequently, the entropy method was used to assign the indexes, and the index system was finally determined. Results 1. Based on the particularity of medical education and the theory of humanism, the item analysis method and the factor analysis method were used. The index system consists of four dimensions (teacher's behavior before class, classroom / manifestation, organization / clarity in class). The weight values of each dimension are teacher's pre-class behavior (0.0867) and classroom / expression form (0.4515). Organization / clarity in the classroom 0.1858). The study results showed that the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the index system was 0.942. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of the three dimensions were 0.771 ~ 0.840 ~ 0.859 ~ 0.924, respectively; The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the split-half reliability of the medical index system was 0.917 and 0.880 respectively. The indexes in the index system were moderately correlated with the total score. The correlation between each index and the total score reached a significant level (P 0.01). Conclusion: based on the perspective of medical students, the preliminary constructed index system has good reliability and validity. It can provide objective, scientific and credible evaluation tools for students' evaluation of teaching in medical colleges and universities, and provide a new way of thinking for the construction of evaluation indicators.
