【摘要】：在國內(nèi)外,元認(rèn)知的研究備受學(xué)者們的關(guān)注,圖書情報領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者們意識到相對于程序性技能,元認(rèn)知技能,包括用戶在信息查尋過程中對自我的感知、對認(rèn)知策略的感知、對信息查尋全過程有效地監(jiān)控、調(diào)解和評估等,才是用戶適應(yīng)復(fù)雜信息環(huán)境、應(yīng)對復(fù)雜認(rèn)知問題時真正欠缺的。已有的相關(guān)研究集中在信息素養(yǎng)視角元認(rèn)知能力的探討,信息查尋行為中元認(rèn)知的內(nèi)涵與要素研究,元認(rèn)知對信息查尋過程及結(jié)果的影響等方面,大多數(shù)研究是實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下的量化研究,對自然條件下用戶信息查尋行為的元認(rèn)知調(diào)控研究較缺乏,且現(xiàn)有研究得出的結(jié)論各有不同。本文在參考借鑒已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以研究生用戶為研究對象,對其學(xué)位論文選題階段信息查尋行為的元認(rèn)知調(diào)控過程以及調(diào)控的影響因素進(jìn)行細(xì)致剖析。本文采用扎根理論的質(zhì)性研究策略,通過日記研究、訪談、關(guān)鍵事件技術(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)收集方法收集數(shù)據(jù),同時采用經(jīng)典扎根理論編碼策略開放式編碼、選擇式編碼、理論編碼對數(shù)據(jù)不斷對比分析,最終得出以下結(jié)論:(1)研究生學(xué)位論文選題階段信息查尋元認(rèn)知調(diào)控過程包括問題定向、實(shí)施監(jiān)控、調(diào)節(jié)操作三個過程,其中問題定向包括識別先驗(yàn)知識、構(gòu)建問題空間兩個環(huán)節(jié);實(shí)施監(jiān)控過程包括對自我內(nèi)在的動機(jī)、課題認(rèn)知狀態(tài)、情感的監(jiān)控,也包括對外顯的任務(wù)進(jìn)度、查尋范圍、查尋效果等監(jiān)控;調(diào)節(jié)操作是用戶對自我選題信息查尋過程的調(diào)節(jié)措施,包括:預(yù)測、計劃、策略調(diào)整、權(quán)衡、鏈接、借助工具、溝通7個策略。(2)研究生選題階段信息查尋中影響元認(rèn)知調(diào)控的因素包括個人因素如:查尋知識、科研知識與經(jīng)驗(yàn)、自我效能、成就目標(biāo)、信息需求強(qiáng)度、情感體驗(yàn)強(qiáng)度,任務(wù)情景因素如:所處選題階段、選題工作量、準(zhǔn)備開題的時間、信息查尋困難,環(huán)境因素如:系統(tǒng)環(huán)境、學(xué)科環(huán)境;其中個人因素、任務(wù)情景、環(huán)境因素分別是影響研究生用戶對選題信息查尋過程進(jìn)行調(diào)控的內(nèi)在原因、情景因素、外在條件。(3)根據(jù)調(diào)查研究結(jié)果對研究生及其培養(yǎng)者,信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)以及信息素養(yǎng)教育提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, the study of metacognition has attracted the attention of scholars. Scholars in the field of library and information have realized that relative to procedural skills, metacognitive skills, including users' perception of themselves in the process of searching for information. The perception of cognitive strategies, the effective monitoring, mediation and evaluation of the whole process of searching for information are the ways for users to adapt to complex information environments. Existing research focuses on the discussion of metacognitive ability from the perspective of information literacy and the study of the connotation and elements of metacognition in information search behavior. Most of the studies on the effect of metacognition on the process and results of information search are quantitative studies under experimental conditions, but the research on metacognitive regulation of users' information search behavior under natural conditions is relatively lacking. And the conclusions of the existing research are different. Based on the reference of the existing research, this paper takes the graduate students as the research object. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the process of metacognitive regulation and the influencing factors of information seeking behavior in the selected topic stage of his dissertation. This paper adopts the qualitative research strategy of rooted theory, through diary research, interviews. Data collection methods such as key event technology are used to collect data, and open coding, selective coding and theoretical coding are used to compare and analyze the data. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) the process of information searching metacognitive regulation includes three processes: problem orientation, implementation of monitoring, and adjustment operation, among which problem orientation includes prior knowledge of identification. Constructing two links of problem space; The implementation of the monitoring process includes the monitoring of the internal motivation, the cognitive state of the subject, the emotion, the explicit task progress, the search scope, the search effect and so on. The adjustment operation is the user's adjustment measures for the process of searching for self-selected information, including prediction, planning, strategy adjustment, tradeoffs, links, and tools. Seven communication strategies. 2) the factors that affect metacognitive regulation in the information searching stage of graduate students include individual factors such as searching knowledge, scientific research knowledge and experience, self-efficacy, achievement goal and information demand intensity. Emotional experience intensity, task situation factors such as: the selected topic stage, the workload, preparation time, difficult to find information, environmental factors such as: system environment, subject environment; Among them, personal factors, task situations, environmental factors are the internal factors that affect the topic information search process of postgraduate users, situational factors. According to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward some suggestions to graduate students and their cultivators, the construction of information system and the education of information literacy.
