【摘要】：作為進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究和提供決策咨詢的智囊組織,高校智庫不僅內(nèi)蘊(yùn)著政治邏輯、市場(chǎng)邏輯和知識(shí)邏輯,還應(yīng)具有自身的倫理邏輯。但由于發(fā)展時(shí)間較短,我國高校在組織結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)作能力等方面還存在諸多局限,尤其是倫理建設(shè)的滯后在一定程度上影響了高校智庫的健康發(fā)展。因此,在加強(qiáng)體制機(jī)制建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)等的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步從倫理邏輯視角關(guān)注并審思高校智庫建設(shè)存在的問題,通過多種途徑提升中國特色新型智庫的影響力,從而真正為國家治理轉(zhuǎn)型提供有力的智力支持。
[Abstract]:As a think-tank organization for scientific research and decision-making consultation, the university think tank not only contains political logic, market logic and knowledge logic, but also has its own ethical logic, but the development time is short. There are still many limitations in the organizational structure and operational ability of colleges and universities in our country, especially the lag of ethics construction has affected the healthy development of university think tanks to a certain extent. Therefore, we are strengthening the construction of system and mechanism. On the basis of talent training, we should pay more attention to the problems existing in the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities from the perspective of ethical logic, and enhance the influence of new type think tanks with Chinese characteristics through various ways. So as to truly provide a strong intellectual support for the transformation of national governance.
