【摘要】：19世紀(jì)中葉以來美國中西部地區(qū)逐漸生長出以"威斯康星理念"為代表的州立大學(xué)理念,其理念核心認(rèn)為高等教育是促進(jìn)人的完善與社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中至關(guān)重要的機(jī)構(gòu),州立大學(xué)應(yīng)該為所在州的全體人民提供平等且高質(zhì)量的高等教育。在過去的一百多年,威斯康星理念在不同的時(shí)代被賦予了新的內(nèi)涵和意義——從最初為本州人民提供實(shí)用知識(shí),到20世紀(jì)初與進(jìn)步主義運(yùn)動(dòng)和政治改良思想的結(jié)合,直到今天所強(qiáng)調(diào)的成為區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中的創(chuàng)新主體,威斯康星理念的邊界得到了持續(xù)拓展,這一理念的百年流變也向我們展示了美國高等教育發(fā)展進(jìn)程的多樣性與創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 19th century, the central and western regions of the United States have gradually grown the "Wisconsin concept" as the representative of the concept of state universities. The core of its concept is that higher education is the most important institution in the process of promoting the improvement of human beings and the development of society. State universities should provide equal and high-quality higher education to all people in their states. For more than 100 years. The Wisconsin concept was given new meaning and significance in different times-from the beginning of providing practical knowledge to the people of the state to the early 20th century integration of progressive movements and political reform ideas. To this day, the boundary of Wisconsin concept has been continuously expanded as the innovation subject of the regional innovation system. The evolution of this concept also shows us the diversity and innovation of the development of American higher education.
