【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),黨的歷次會(huì)議對(duì)高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作的關(guān)注和支持力度不斷提升。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為高校必須開(kāi)展的一門(mén)課程。黨的十八大提出要促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè),加強(qiáng)職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn),提升勞動(dòng)者就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,并且對(duì)全黨提出“傾聽(tīng)青年心聲,鼓勵(lì)青年成長(zhǎng),支持青年創(chuàng)業(yè)”的要求。在此背景之下,國(guó)家大力扶持高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,云南師范大學(xué)在學(xué)校很多領(lǐng)域做了此方面的嘗試與創(chuàng)新,在學(xué)校同析一棟五樓,西區(qū)宿舍三棟一層,八棟地下室都建立了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)基地,供本校學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐。筆者在學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)園安排下,對(duì)學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行管理,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行思想和創(chuàng)業(yè)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)家政策、實(shí)施方案等系統(tǒng)性的學(xué)習(xí)、以及在工作中的親身實(shí)踐、數(shù)據(jù)采集分析,總結(jié)出很多思想政治教育對(duì)于高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)進(jìn)行很多探索和分析。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)平均失敗三次才有可能成功。所以深入研究思想政治教育工作在高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作中的理論和方法,能更好更高效的處理創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作在高校實(shí)踐中的推進(jìn)工作。同時(shí)向大學(xué)生在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的知識(shí)比較薄弱,系統(tǒng)深刻的向大學(xué)生普及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí),有助于提升大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì),同時(shí)提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功率。
[Abstract]:Since 18. The past conferences of the Party have paid more attention to and supported the work of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a curriculum that colleges and universities must carry out. The 18 Congress of the Party put forward the idea of promoting entrepreneurship and promoting employment. Strengthen vocational skills training, enhance the employment and entrepreneurship of workers, and put forward to the whole party to "listen to the voice of young people, encourage youth growth, support youth entrepreneurship." in this context. The state vigorously supports innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, Yunnan normal University in many areas of the school has done this attempt and innovation, in the school analysis of one fifth floor, three West dormitory one floor. Eight basements have set up the experimental base of innovation and entrepreneurship for the students of our school to carry out entrepreneurial practice. Under the arrangement of the School Innovation and pioneering Park, the author manages the school's innovative and entrepreneurial space. Through the systematic learning of national policies, implementation programs, as well as personal experience in the work, data collection and analysis. Summed up a lot of ideological and political education for the work of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities experience. At the same time, a lot of exploration and analysis. The average failure of college students can succeed three times. Therefore, the theory and method of ideological and political education in innovative entrepreneurship work in colleges and universities are deeply studied. It can better and more efficiently deal with the work of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in the practice of colleges and universities. At the same time, the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is relatively weak, and the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship is systematically and profoundly popularized to college students. It is helpful to improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and to improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.
