【摘要】：目的了解武漢市大學(xué)生性開放程度及其相關(guān)因素,為有針對(duì)性地干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法通過同伴推動(dòng)抽樣,借用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)(微信、QQ、微博),于2016年5月對(duì)武漢市在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行匿名問卷調(diào)查。多重線性回歸模型用于分析性開放程度的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 434名在校大學(xué)生中,26.96%(117人)報(bào)告有過性行為。性開放程度得分為(13.26±3.78)分,男生對(duì)多性伴(2.67±1.24)分、婚前性行為(3.69±1.03)分、婚外性行為(2.05±1.16)分和商業(yè)性行為(2.11±1.08)分,開放性更高(P0.05),而女生對(duì)同性性行為(3.74±1.17)的開放程度更高(P0.05)。家庭月收入越高[β=0.206,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):0.520~1.317],家庭性教育環(huán)境越寬松(β=0.160,95%CI:0.283~1.065),與家人交流較少(β=-0.174,95%CI:-1.442~-0.453),男性(β=0.114,95%CI:0.160~1.533)的在校大學(xué)生性開放程度更高。結(jié)論武漢市大學(xué)生性行為發(fā)生率及性開放程度較高;應(yīng)注重家庭性教育,并且針對(duì)男女生性開放特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的性教育,以培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生正確的性觀念。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the degree of sexual openness of college students in Wuhan and its related factors, and to provide the basis for targeted intervention. Methods through peer driven sampling, we borrowed the online platform (WeChat QQ, Weibo). In May 2016, an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in Wuhan. Multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the factors related to the degree of openness. Results 434 college students were enrolled in this study. The scores of sexual openness were 13.26 鹵3.78 and 2.67 鹵1.24 respectively. The scores of premarital sex, extramarital sex and commercial sex were 3.69 鹵1.03, 2.05 鹵1.16 and 2.11 鹵1.08, respectively. Girls were more open to same-sex sex (3.74 鹵1.17) than girls (P 0.05). The monthly income of families was higher. [尾 0.206% 95% confidence interval (CI: 0.520 / 1.317), the more relaxed the family sex education environment (尾 0.160). 95 CI: 0.283, 1.065, less communication with family (尾 -0.174, 95 CI: -1.442, -0.453, male (尾 0.114). 95 CI: 0.160 / 1.533) the degree of sexual openness of college students is higher. Conclusion the incidence of sexual behavior and the degree of sexual openness of college students in Wuhan are higher. Attention should be paid to family sex education and targeted sex education should be carried out according to the open sex characteristics of men and women in order to cultivate the correct sexual concept of college students.
