【摘要】：高校危機(jī)管理作為緩解高校危機(jī)給師生、學(xué)校帶來不利影響的一種有效方法,其在保障師生生命健康安全、維護(hù)正常教學(xué)秩序等方面,起到了重要的作用。思想政治教育作為一類解決問題的方法,對于高校危機(jī)管理,能夠起到的促進(jìn)作用。具體表現(xiàn)為：思想政治教育有助于提高高校管理者對于高校危機(jī)事件的預(yù)測預(yù)警能力,有助于對高校危機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化管理,有助于增強(qiáng)處理應(yīng)對突發(fā)高校危機(jī)事件的能力,從而減輕高校危機(jī)事件造成的損害。然而,現(xiàn)階段對于高校危機(jī)管理運(yùn)用思想政治教育的方法的急需進(jìn)行研究。對于思想政治教育在高校危機(jī)中的應(yīng)用雖有所涉及,但取得的理論成果也較少,難以適應(yīng)高校發(fā)展所需。雖然我國高校在應(yīng)對高校突發(fā)危機(jī)事件方面已取得了一定的成果,但實(shí)踐中仍存在諸多問題,主要表現(xiàn)為對思想政治教育在高校危機(jī)管理中的重視程度不夠、思想政治教育對高校危機(jī)管理的作用機(jī)制尚不完善、高校危機(jī)管理中思想政治教育的內(nèi)容不豐富且教育載體單一等問題。這些問題的存在嚴(yán)重制約著高校危機(jī)管理的發(fā)展完善,需要高校黨委及宣傳部門予以切實(shí)解決。各類高校危機(jī)事件的發(fā)生,給高校正常的教學(xué)科研秩序造成了沖擊,也給廣大高校學(xué)生的生命健康、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成了嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。由于高校危機(jī)事件通常造成較為嚴(yán)重的損害后果,因而,需要引起包括高校在內(nèi)的全社會的關(guān)注重視。通過采取提高對思想政治教育的重視程度、完善相關(guān)作用機(jī)制、豐富思想政治教育內(nèi)容及擴(kuò)大高校危機(jī)思想政治教育載體等措施,以期促進(jìn)我國高校危機(jī)管理水平。本文主要分為五個部分。第一部分從研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義、創(chuàng)新及研究思路等方面,對思想政治教育在高校危機(jī)中的應(yīng)用的理論背景予以介紹,為后文的寫作做了理論準(zhǔn)備;第二部分是關(guān)于高校危機(jī)管理與思想政治教育相關(guān)問題的概述。本部分對高校危機(jī)事件的概念與特征及三個階段、高校危機(jī)管理與思想政治教育的相互關(guān)系等內(nèi)容予以闡釋；本文的第三部分將思想政治教育在高校危機(jī)管理中的現(xiàn)狀及不足之處進(jìn)行介紹,為高校危機(jī)管理的完善確立了目標(biāo);第四部分筆者對于思想政治教育作用于高校危機(jī)管理的完善,分別從增強(qiáng)思想政治教育在高校危機(jī)事件中重要性的認(rèn)識、豐富思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、完善思想政治教育對高校危機(jī)管理的作用機(jī)制及擴(kuò)大高校危機(jī)思想政治教育的載體,提出的針對性的解決完善措施。
[Abstract]:University crisis management is an effective method to alleviate the crisis for teachers and students and bring adverse effects to the school. It can ensure the life health and safety of teachers and students and maintain the normal teaching order and so on. Ideological and political education, as a kind of problem-solving method, plays an important role in the crisis management of colleges and universities. The concrete manifestation is that ideological and political education helps to improve the ability of university administrators to predict and warn the crisis in colleges and universities, and to realize scientific management of the crisis in colleges and universities. It is helpful to strengthen the ability to deal with the sudden university crisis, and to reduce the damage caused by the university crisis. It is urgent to study the methods of applying ideological and political education to the crisis management of colleges and universities at present. Although the application of ideological and political education in the crisis of colleges and universities is involved, the theoretical achievements are also relatively few. It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of colleges and universities. Although the universities in our country have made some achievements in dealing with the sudden crisis in colleges and universities, there are still many problems in practice. The main performance of the ideological and political education in the crisis management in colleges and universities is not enough attention, ideological and political education on the role of crisis management mechanism is not perfect. The content of ideological and political education in the crisis management of colleges and universities is not rich and the education carrier is single. The existence of these problems seriously restricts the development and perfection of the crisis management in colleges and universities. It needs to be solved by the Party committee and propaganda department of colleges and universities. The occurrence of all kinds of crisis events in colleges and universities has caused a shock to the normal order of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, and also to the life and health of the vast number of college students. The property security has caused serious damage. Because the university crisis event usually causes the more serious damage consequence, therefore. Need to arouse the attention of the whole society, including colleges and universities. By taking to improve the degree of attention to ideological and political education, improve the relevant mechanisms. To enrich the content of ideological and political education and expand the carrier of crisis ideological and political education in colleges and universities in order to promote the level of crisis management in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part from the research background. This paper introduces the theoretical background of the application of ideological and political education in the crisis of colleges and universities in the aspects of research status, research significance, innovation and research ideas at home and abroad, and makes theoretical preparations for the later writing. The second part is about the university crisis management and ideological and political education related issues overview. This part of the university crisis of the concept and characteristics and three stages. The relationship between crisis management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is explained. The third part of this paper introduces the present situation and deficiency of ideological and political education in the crisis management of colleges and universities, and establishes the goal for the perfection of the crisis management in colleges and universities. 4th part of the author of the role of ideological and political education in the improvement of university crisis management, respectively from the enhancement of ideological and political education in the crisis in the event of the importance of understanding, enrich the content of ideological and political education. Perfecting the function mechanism of ideological and political education to the crisis management of colleges and universities, expanding the carrier of the crisis ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and putting forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems.
