【摘要】：組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)、人力資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)、知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是關(guān)系視角下我國(guó)教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要形態(tài)。教師教育組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)是縱橫向全方位的網(wǎng)絡(luò),在政府主導(dǎo)下正朝著教師教育組織扁平化方向變化。教師教育人力資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)是人力資源的靜態(tài)資源與動(dòng)態(tài)過程的結(jié)合,發(fā)揮其整體優(yōu)勢(shì)對(duì)教師教育的均衡發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極影響。教師教育知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是依附人或組織在知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移、共享的過程中形成的網(wǎng)絡(luò),具有專業(yè)性和靈活性。
[Abstract]:Organization network, human resource network and knowledge network are the main forms of teacher education network in China from the perspective of relationship. Under the guidance of the government, the teacher education human resource network is the combination of the static resources and the dynamic process of human resources. Exerting its overall advantages has a positive impact on the balanced development of teacher education. The teacher education knowledge network is formed by the dependent person or organization in the process of knowledge transfer and sharing, which is professional and flexible.
