【摘要】：隨著社會環(huán)境的深刻變化,大學(xué)生的競爭壓力逐漸加大,這在一定程度上加重了他們的心理負(fù)荷,使他們出現(xiàn)了不同程度的心理困擾。高校學(xué)生干部作為大學(xué)生的特殊群體,由于其處于雙重角色,面臨學(xué)習(xí)和工作雙重任務(wù),也極易出現(xiàn)各種各樣的心理問題。而如何培育高校學(xué)生干部良好的心理素質(zhì),更好地發(fā)揮他們在大學(xué)生中的積極帶頭作用,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育和心理健康教育理論研究和實(shí)踐研究的重要課題。本文主要采用了三種研究方法,分別是文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法和分析歸納法。首先,闡述了問題的選題依據(jù),梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高校學(xué)生干部心理素質(zhì)的研究概況。其次,在借鑒學(xué)界研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,概括闡述高校學(xué)生干部、心理素質(zhì)、良好心理素質(zhì)的含義、結(jié)構(gòu)、特征,以及培育高校學(xué)生干部良好心理素質(zhì)的重要性。再次,通過問卷調(diào)查歸納出當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生干部心理素質(zhì)存在的問題,并進(jìn)行原因分析。最后,闡述了高校學(xué)生干部良好心理素質(zhì)培育的對策,包括確立心理素質(zhì)培育的原則、豐富心理素質(zhì)培育的內(nèi)容、建立心理管理制度、營造心理素質(zhì)培育環(huán)境、拓寬心理素質(zhì)培育的渠道。本論文通過對高校學(xué)生干部良好心理素質(zhì)培育的相關(guān)研究,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生干部群體在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的積極作用,進(jìn)一步提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效性和實(shí)效性,促進(jìn)高校思想政治教育的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in the social environment, the competitive pressure of college students gradually increased, which to some extent increased their psychological burden. College student cadres, as a special group of college students, are faced with the dual tasks of study and work because of their dual roles. It is easy to appear all kinds of psychological problems, and how to cultivate the good psychological quality of college student cadres, and better play their positive role in the leading role of college students. Has become the current ideological and political education and mental health education in the theoretical and practical research of an important subject. This paper mainly adopts three research methods, respectively, literature research method. First of all, it expounds the basis of the topic, combing the domestic and foreign research on the psychological quality of college student cadres. Secondly, on the basis of the academic research results. This paper summarizes the meaning, structure and characteristics of college student cadres, psychological quality and good psychological quality, as well as the importance of cultivating good psychological quality of college student cadres. This paper sums up the problems existing in the psychological quality of college student cadres through questionnaires, and analyzes the causes. Finally, it expounds the countermeasures of cultivating the good psychological quality of college student cadres. It includes establishing the principle of cultivating psychological quality, enriching the content of cultivation of psychological quality, establishing the system of psychological management and creating the environment of cultivating psychological quality. Through the research on the cultivation of good psychological quality of college student cadres, this paper gives full play to the positive role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students. Further improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students, and promote the overall development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
