【摘要】：就業(yè)是人民改善生活的基本前提,大學生能否充分就業(yè),不僅關(guān)系到我國高校所培養(yǎng)的大學生充分發(fā)揮作用,以自己所學服務社會,也關(guān)系經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定。隨著大學生數(shù)量持續(xù)上升,大學生就業(yè)難度不斷增大,為此,大學生就業(yè)問題已成為社會各界普遍關(guān)注的話題。在社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下,農(nóng)村需要大量大學生人才,然而絕大多數(shù)大學生愿意在城市就業(yè),導致一方面大學生就業(yè)困難,一方面農(nóng)村缺少人才現(xiàn)象嚴重,現(xiàn)迫切需要樹立新的理念,指導和服務大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè),適應經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要,推進城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本論文以促進大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)為目的,對大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)背景、形式、規(guī)模進行分析,并通過對大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)意愿調(diào)查及現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,探討大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)的特點及影響因素;并從國家、高校、大學生自身、社會方面提出具體建議對策。以大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)問題為主線,以增加大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)數(shù)量為核心,首先對就業(yè)背景以及現(xiàn)狀進行研究,即通過調(diào)查法了解大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)意愿及現(xiàn)狀,其目的是為研究大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)問題尋找事實依據(jù)。接著,借助大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)意愿及現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)意愿及現(xiàn)狀進行了分析和探究。在大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析基礎(chǔ)上,對大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)的特點展開研究,得出了一些有根據(jù)的結(jié)論:大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)的主要特點是規(guī)模小和流失率高,自主創(chuàng)業(yè)多。然后,通過影響因素分析,得出環(huán)境層面、文化層面、待遇層面、政策層面、個人層面的影響,最后,借鑒相關(guān)就業(yè)理論,有針對性地提出了促進大學生面向農(nóng)村就業(yè)的對策。即政府要完善就業(yè)政策,重視政策的導向性,突出政策的激勵性;大學需要引導農(nóng)村就業(yè)觀,引導學生基層就業(yè),教育學生責任擔當;大學生需提升就業(yè)能力,加強農(nóng)村就業(yè)能力,增加農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,提高心理適用能力;同時社會促進大學生農(nóng)村就業(yè)方面,確保農(nóng)業(yè)的重視性,保障農(nóng)村的投資性。
[Abstract]:Employment is the basic prerequisite for people to improve their lives. Whether college students can be fully employed is not only related to the full play of the role of the college students in our country, and serve the society with what they have learned. It is also related to the economic development and social stability. With the number of college students rising, the employment difficulty of college students is increasing. Under the background of the construction of new socialist countryside, a large number of college students are needed in the countryside. However, most of the college students are willing to get employment in the city. On the one hand, the employment of college students is difficult, on the other hand, there is a serious lack of talents in rural areas. It is urgent to set up a new concept to guide and serve college students to face the needs of rural employment and to meet the needs of economic development. To promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society. This paper aims at promoting college students to face rural employment, and analyzes the background, form and scale of college students' rural employment. Through the investigation of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, the characteristics and influencing factors of college students' rural employment are discussed. And from the country, universities, college students themselves, social aspects of specific suggestions, with college students in rural employment as the main line, to increase the number of college students facing rural employment as the core. First of all, the background of employment and the current situation of the study, that is, through the investigation method to understand the desire and status of rural employment of college students, its purpose is to find a factual basis for the study of college students facing the problem of rural employment. With the help of the survey data of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, this paper analyzes and explores the current situation of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, which is based on the analysis of college students' rural employment situation. This paper studies the characteristics of college students facing rural employment, and draws some conclusions: the main characteristics of college students facing rural employment are small scale, high wastage rate, more independent entrepreneurship. Through the analysis of influencing factors, we can get the influence of environment, culture, treatment, policy and individual. Finally, we draw lessons from the relevant employment theory. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the college students' employment in rural areas, that is, the government should perfect the employment policy, attach importance to the orientation of the policy, and highlight the incentive of the policy; Universities need to guide the rural employment concept, guide students to obtain employment at the grass-roots level, and educate students to bear the responsibility; College students need to enhance their employability, strengthen their rural employability, increase their ability to start businesses in rural areas, and improve their ability to apply themselves psychologically. At the same time, the society promotes college students' rural employment, ensures the importance of agriculture and guarantees the rural investment.
