【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央對加強高校思想政治工作作出一系列重大部署。校友是與母校和在校師生之間的情感紐帶,既是學校人才培養(yǎng)的結晶,又是反哺育人的資源,是高校思想政治教育工作的重要載體。以優(yōu)秀校友的典型事跡積累起來的優(yōu)秀校友文化,必然會以其特有的針對性和真實性,以其強大的吸引力和感染力,在做好本校大學生思想政治教育工作、豐富大學生文化素質教育內容方面發(fā)揮著不可忽視的作用。本文從培養(yǎng)校友文化與思想政治教育工作的有機結合方面,對如何發(fā)揮校友文化的有效作用促進思想政治教育進行了論述。
[Abstract]:Of the party since eighteen, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core made a series of important deployment to strengthen ideological and political work of colleges and universities. Alumni and between teachers and students in school is the alma mater and the emotional bond, the crystallization of culture is not only the school personnel, and nurturing education resources, is an important carrier of high school ideological and political education work. The typical story of the outstanding alumni accumulated outstanding alumni culture, is bound to the authenticity and its unique, with its strong attraction and appeal, in the ideological and political education work for college students in the school, play an important role to enrich the content of College Students' cultural quality education. Combining training from alumni the cultural and ideological and political education work, how to play an effective role in promoting the ideological and political education of the alumni culture are discussed.
