【摘要】:1995年,原國(guó)家教委在全國(guó)52所高校開展加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)教育的試點(diǎn)工作。1999年1月,安徽大學(xué)成為首批獲教育部批準(zhǔn)的“國(guó)家大學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)教育基地”建設(shè)的高校之一。自1999年以來(lái),安徽大學(xué)以培養(yǎng)“三基并重,全面發(fā)展”的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),大力推進(jìn)大學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)教育工作的深入開展,至今取得了重要成績(jī)。通識(shí)教育與文化素質(zhì)教育是相輔相成、并行不悖的,安徽大學(xué)多年來(lái)的文化素質(zhì)教育成果可以為該校推行通識(shí)教育改革提供營(yíng)養(yǎng)的土壤。安徽大學(xué)推行通識(shí)教育改革有其現(xiàn)實(shí)性和優(yōu)勢(shì):第一,安徽大學(xué)作為省屬“211”高校,完善自身內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新通識(shí)教育模式,在新常態(tài)下,要承擔(dān)起服務(wù)安徽地方社會(huì)發(fā)展的使命。第二,我國(guó)目前處在高等教育大眾化向普及化發(fā)展的階段,這一階段,通識(shí)教育應(yīng)該承擔(dān)起重要的角色,培養(yǎng)完整的“人”。第三,這些年來(lái),在文化素質(zhì)教育方面,由于校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視,安徽大學(xué)無(wú)論是第一課堂建設(shè)還是第二課堂的拓展,或是在社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)上,都取得了豐碩的成果,為通識(shí)教育的開展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。第四,通識(shí)教育的實(shí)施必然離不開社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,通識(shí)課程為二者創(chuàng)造了可行的實(shí)踐途徑。第五,高考制度改革中提出高校招生要采取多元錄取機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)高等教育從注重應(yīng)試向注重素質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變,為通識(shí)教育提供了文化生態(tài)環(huán)境。構(gòu)造科學(xué)完善的通識(shí)教育的體系與機(jī)制,是推進(jìn)安徽大學(xué)通識(shí)教育改革的重點(diǎn)。一要建立通識(shí)教育的課程分類體系。通識(shí)教育核心課程分6個(gè)模塊,每一模塊分為若干課程單元,根據(jù)每一課程單元的主題,整合各院系的課程,分類開設(shè)。二要建立適宜通識(shí)教育的學(xué)習(xí)組織體系和教學(xué)組織體系。三要構(gòu)建通識(shí)教育的考核評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制以及專業(yè)分流機(jī)制和前后延伸機(jī)制。要完善通識(shí)教育模式的改革,安徽大學(xué)還必須做到:第一,必須把握社會(huì)主義辦學(xué)方向,造就全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才,把社會(huì)責(zé)任教育充分體現(xiàn)在通識(shí)教育中。第二,要升華通識(shí)教育的理念,創(chuàng)新通識(shí)教育模式,構(gòu)造基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的高等教育新模式。第三,摒棄傳統(tǒng)的專業(yè)教育思想,融合創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、創(chuàng)造世界的精神和能力。第四,完善高等學(xué)校通識(shí)教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系,把立德樹人作為本科教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估的核心要素。第五,要強(qiáng)化通識(shí)教育的教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),造就一批精通人生哲理、知曉天文地理的通識(shí)教育大師。
