【摘要】：通過建立大學(xué)英語教師QQ交流群,進(jìn)行大學(xué)英語教師協(xié)作發(fā)展的校本研究實(shí)驗(yàn),探討在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下教師如何獲得發(fā)展。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以QQ網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺為媒介,由教授大學(xué)英語的教師構(gòu)成的教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體,打破了一線教師交流欠缺的現(xiàn)狀,增強(qiáng)了教師間的交流與合作,形成團(tuán)隊(duì)文化,使教師從線性發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)向域性發(fā)展,從而達(dá)到教師個(gè)體與教師團(tuán)體一起成長。
[Abstract]:Through the establishment of college English teachers QQ communication group and the school-based research on the cooperative development of college English teachers, this paper probes into how teachers can get development under the network environment. The research finds that QQ network platform is the medium. The teacher learning community, which is composed of teachers who teach college English, breaks down the lack of communication among teachers, strengthens the communication and cooperation among teachers, and forms a team culture. Make teachers change from linear development to regional development, so as to achieve teacher individual and teacher group growth.
