【摘要】：每個(gè)時(shí)代都有屬于自己的時(shí)代精神,時(shí)代精神博大精深,內(nèi)容及其豐富和深刻。以改革創(chuàng)新為核心的“時(shí)代精神”作為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的精髓之一,為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興提供精神動(dòng)力與智力支持。大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著民族復(fù)興的歷史使命,全面系統(tǒng)地研究大學(xué)生的“時(shí)代精神”培育,深入挖掘培育中存在的問(wèn)題及原因,并提出解決對(duì)策,不僅是研究大學(xué)生“時(shí)代精神”培育的需要,更是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才對(duì)思想政治教育者所提出的要求。論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法、調(diào)查法等方法,適應(yīng)十三五規(guī)劃期間對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的新思路及新要求,以發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題到解決問(wèn)題的研究思路,研究大學(xué)生“時(shí)代精神”的培育問(wèn)題。以“時(shí)代精神”的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),解讀“時(shí)代精神”的核心內(nèi)涵,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析“時(shí)代精神”的育人功能,充實(shí)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容。分析大學(xué)生“時(shí)代精神”培育中的“不斷更新教育目標(biāo)、豐富教育內(nèi)容;實(shí)行民主教育方式;宣傳‘時(shí)代精神’培育重要性”成就,把握大學(xué)生思想政治教育的時(shí)代特質(zhì)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的思想政治教育存在“偏重知識(shí)灌輸、教育管理錯(cuò)位;改革創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)參與度低;教育方法單一、教育方式存在偏差;不良思潮涌現(xiàn)”等問(wèn)題,根據(jù)教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的基本原理及內(nèi)容,分析引起問(wèn)題的“應(yīng)試教育影響、缺乏創(chuàng)新氛圍;認(rèn)知存在偏差、缺乏質(zhì)疑精神;過(guò)分注重成績(jī)、政策激勵(lì)輿論宣傳不足”等原因,探討當(dāng)代大學(xué)生“時(shí)代精神”培育的有效措施。分別從學(xué)校、學(xué)生、家庭、社會(huì)四個(gè)不同視角,提出“深化教育教學(xué)改革,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新育人工程;緊扣時(shí)代任務(wù),自覺涵養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新特質(zhì);轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,營(yíng)造創(chuàng)新氛圍;弘揚(yáng)主流文化,增強(qiáng)改革認(rèn)同”的培育對(duì)策。大學(xué)生的“時(shí)代精神”培育是培育時(shí)代新青年,提升大學(xué)生的改革創(chuàng)新能力的重要舉措,是提升大學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的要求,也是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容之一。大學(xué)生“時(shí)代精神”培育能豐富大學(xué)生的思想政治教育內(nèi)容,擴(kuò)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育的空間,增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性,有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Each era has its own spirit of the times, the spirit of the times is broad, profound, rich and profound. The "spirit of the times", with reform and innovation as the core, is one of the quintessence of the socialist core value system. To provide spiritual power and intellectual support for the modernization construction and national rejuvenation of our country. College students shoulder the historical mission of national rejuvenation, and comprehensively and systematically study the cultivation of the "spirit of the times" of college students. It is not only the need to study the cultivation of "the spirit of the times", but also the construction of an innovative country. The paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and investigation to meet the new ideas and requirements of ideological and political education for college students during the 13th Five-Year Plan. In order to find the problem, analyze the problem to solve the problem, study the cultivation of the college students'"spirit of the times". Based on the theory of "the spirit of the times" as the basis, interpret the core connotation of the "spirit of the times". On this basis, it analyzes the educational function of "the spirit of the times", enriches the contents of the ideological and political education of college students, and analyses the "constantly renewing the educational objectives and enriching the contents of the education" in the cultivation of the "spirit of the times" of college students. To carry out democratic education; Propagandizing the achievement of cultivating the importance of the spirit of the times, grasping the characteristics of the times of the ideological and political education of college students, aiming at the existence of the ideological and political education of the college students at present, the emphasis is on inculcating knowledge and misplacing the educational management; Low participation in reform and innovation activities; The method of education is single and there is deviation in the way of education; According to the basic principles and contents of pedagogy and psychology, this paper analyzes the influence of examination-oriented education, which is lack of innovative atmosphere; Cognitive bias, lack of questioning spirit; This paper discusses the effective measures to cultivate the "spirit of the times" of contemporary college students from four different perspectives: school, students, family and society. It is proposed that "deepen the reform of education and teaching and carry out the project of innovating and educating people;" Close to the task of the times, consciously cultivate innovative characteristics; Changing the concept of education and creating an innovative atmosphere; The cultivation of college students' spirit of the times is an important measure to cultivate the new youth of the times and to enhance the ability of reform and innovation of college students. It is the requirement of improving the overall quality of college students and one of the important contents of the ideological and political education of college students. The cultivation of college students'"spirit of the times" can enrich the contents of ideological and political education of college students. Expanding the space of college students' ideological and political education and strengthening the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education will help to realize the goal of ideological and political education.
