【摘要】:縱觀新中國精神文明建設歷程,思想道德建設一直作為中心環(huán)節(jié)和首要任務,在黨十八大報告中“道德”一詞多次出現(xiàn),并明確指出要“把立德樹人”作為教育的根本任務,這充分彰顯了黨中央對道德教育問題的高度重視。當代大學生是實現(xiàn)“中國夢”的核心群體,是社會發(fā)展急需的精英人才,是建設與發(fā)展社會主義的主要力量,他們的道德素質的高低,決定了時代發(fā)展與精神格局。與此同時,隨著經濟全球化的深入拓展,跨文化交際日益頻繁,各種文化相互融合,各種文化觀念相互碰撞,文化多元化的發(fā)展趨勢應運而生。多元文化的形成逐漸引起大學生思想和價值觀念的碰撞和紊亂,不可避免地對大學生的道德發(fā)展帶來消極影響,致使大學生在面臨各種道德抉擇時缺失了道德判別和道德選擇的能力。大學生面臨的道德困境問題,這不僅是高等院校要關注的價值問題,更是全社會難以回避的精神問題,本文充分考慮到這現(xiàn)實問題,針對多元文化背景下大學生道德困境的表現(xiàn),分析了近年來大學生的道德困境的幾個典型案例,同時,提出了具體的策略,期望解決大學生面對的道德困境。本文遵循“提出問題--分析問題--解決問題”的邏輯思路展開論述,通過搜索國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,以唯物辯證法和歷史唯物主義為基準,采用文獻法、比較分析法、歷史分析法法對文章進行闡述。本文主要從以下五個部分進行闡述,第一部分是緒論:首先簡明扼要的闡述關于本論文研究選題的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義以及研究方法,分層次地將多元文化下大學生道德困境的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行梳理,最后指出本文的創(chuàng)新點和特色之處。第二部分界定了具體的概念:首先,界定了多元文化的概念、功能、特點;其次,界定了道德困境的概念與類型;最后分析了引發(fā)道德困境的因素,并將多元文化與大學生道德困境的關系進行簡要闡述。第三部分主要是多元文化背景下大學生道德困境表現(xiàn):本章首先解析了當代大學生在道德認知與道德行為之間的矛盾困境;其次是是立足道德活意志與道德情感之間的困境;再是大學生道德教育與道德需求的困境;最后是道德價值目標之間的混亂化與低俗化。第四部分分析當代我國大學生道德問題的原因:分別從大學生個人、家庭和學校教育、社會三個層面研究,深入解析了當代大學生道德產生問題的根源原因。第五部分主要提出了解決當代大學生道德困境的策略:從個人、學校、社會三個方面出發(fā),在社會方面,建立良好的社會環(huán)境,為重塑大學生道德信仰奠定堅實的基礎;在學校方面,強化大學生道德教育,全面提升這一群體的道德素養(yǎng)。針對大學生群體而言,旨在重塑大學生群體道德信念,全面提升其自我道德教育的能力。

The formation of multi culture gradually arouse students' ideas and values of the collision and disorder, The negative influence inevitably to the moral development of college students, the college students in the face of various moral choices when lack of moral judgment and moral choice ability. The ethical dilemmas faced by university students, this is not only the value of colleges and universities should pay attention to, but also the spirit of the whole society can not be avoided, we give full consideration to this problem according to the moral dilemma of college students, under the multicultural background, analyzes several typical cases, the moral dilemma of college students in recent years. At the same time, put forward specific strategies to resolve ethical dilemmas facing the expectations of college students. The third part is the moral dilemma of college culture background: this chapter first analyzes the performance of contemporary college students in the contradiction between moral cognition and moral behavior; the second is based on the moral activity Between history and moral dilemma; then is college students' moral education and Moral Demand Dilemma; finally the confusion between moral value goal and vulgarization. The fourth part analyzes the reasons of College Students' moral problems in contemporary China: students were from the personal, family and school education, society three aspects research, in-depth analysis of the causes the reasons of contemporary college students' moral problems. The fifth part puts forward the strategies of contemporary college students' moral dilemma: from individual, school, the three aspects of society, in the society, establish a good social environment, to lay a solid foundation for the remodeling of College Students' moral belief; in schools, strengthen the moral education of college students, to enhance the a group of moral literacy.
