【摘要】:良好的校園環(huán)境,特別是優(yōu)秀的校園文化建設(shè),是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也是教育工作者和理論研究者十分重視的問題。隨著我國(guó)高等教育制度的進(jìn)一步深入,宿舍文化越發(fā)成為大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)和成才的重要?jiǎng)恿?相關(guān)實(shí)踐和研究成果不斷豐富,同時(shí)也暴露出許多未曾發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。作為校園文化建設(shè)中的一個(gè)嶄新課題,宿舍文化建設(shè)的研究從理論上可以適應(yīng)時(shí)代的潮流,滿足大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)需求,促進(jìn)先進(jìn)文化建設(shè);從實(shí)際工作來講,宿舍文化建設(shè)為大學(xué)生校園文化建設(shè)提供了范本和依據(jù),有利于提高大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果、實(shí)現(xiàn)高校教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。本論文首先立足于大學(xué)校園文化,從概念界定入手,從新時(shí)期下社會(huì)發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)來進(jìn)行解讀,進(jìn)一步提出宿舍文化建設(shè)對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性作用。作為大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、交流、生活的重要場(chǎng)所,附著于宿舍載體之上的文化內(nèi)涵對(duì)大學(xué)生素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成起到潛移默化的作用。豐富完善的宿舍文化制度,也極大地豐富著大學(xué)生的精神文化世界,對(duì)促進(jìn)理想學(xué)風(fēng)、校風(fēng)的形成起到積極的作用。其次對(duì)宿舍文化建設(shè)與大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果的關(guān)系重點(diǎn)解讀。宿舍文化不僅是一個(gè)校園美化和改變生活環(huán)境的問題,更對(duì)大學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀產(chǎn)生無形的影響。本論文清晰的概括了宿舍文化建設(shè)對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果影響的理論基礎(chǔ),并從社會(huì)化理論、社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)理論以及群體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論做了詳細(xì)的介紹。再次從當(dāng)前實(shí)際出發(fā),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外宿舍文化建設(shè)個(gè)例和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),闡述大學(xué)生宿舍文化建設(shè)中未曾發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題:物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)層面,宿舍基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配置不當(dāng),宿舍環(huán)境設(shè)置不合理等;精神文化建設(shè)層面:重視程度不足,忽視精神文化建設(shè)、不健康思想流行;制度文化建設(shè)層面,管理制度不完善、制度落實(shí)不到位、監(jiān)督機(jī)制不健全;行為文化建設(shè)層面,文化個(gè)性不突出,宿舍成員認(rèn)識(shí)不足、積極性不強(qiáng)等。同時(shí)總結(jié)了導(dǎo)致宿舍文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的原因:宿舍文化建設(shè)整體觀念不當(dāng);宿舍文化管理機(jī)制不健全;內(nèi)外環(huán)境不足;大學(xué)生時(shí)間把控能力差;大學(xué)生心理問題等。最后,從大學(xué)生宿舍文化建設(shè)的反思來講,重點(diǎn)探究如何優(yōu)化宿舍文化建設(shè)。宿舍文化是宿舍成員共同參與和選擇的文化活動(dòng)以及表現(xiàn)出來的一種文化內(nèi)涵,是一種無形的精神成果,宿舍成員在感情上互相交流、相互感染,最終形成文化認(rèn)同,成為獨(dú)具一格的宿舍文化環(huán)境。這就要求我們從宿舍文化建設(shè)的主體著手,以宿舍文化活動(dòng)為基點(diǎn),把思想政治教育融入宿舍學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)之中,以建立健全宿舍文化建設(shè)的機(jī)構(gòu)為保障,以良好的宿舍硬件學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境為基石等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和提高。只有做到將物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化、行為文化建設(shè)與宿舍文化建設(shè)相結(jié)合,彼此之間相互促進(jìn)、相互制約、共同維護(hù),才能夠形成獨(dú)具特色的宿舍文化,最終有助于大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果的提升。
[Abstract]:A good campus environment, especially the construction of excellent campus culture, is an important part of China's socialist spiritual civilization, but also the education of workers and theoretical researchers attach great importance to the problem. With the further deepening of higher education system in China, Su Shewen increasingly become an important driving force for growth of College Students, the related practice and research constantly enrich the results, but also exposed many problems not found. As a new subject in the construction of campus culture, the construction of dormitory culture in theory can adapt to the trend of the times, to meet the learning needs of students, to promote the construction of advanced culture; from the practical work, the construction of dormitory culture provides a model and reference for campus the cultural construction of college students is helpful to improve the learning effect, and realize the training goal of higher education. This paper is based on the University Campus culture, from concept definition, to interpret from the new situation of social development in the new period, put forward the construction of dormitory culture is fundamental to the construction of campus culture. As students learning, communication, an important place for life, attached to the dormitory on the carrier of cultural connotation of College Students' quality development play a subtle role. Enrich the dormitory culture system, but also greatly enrich their spiritual world, to promote good style of study, play a positive role in the formation of school spirit. Secondly on construction of dormitory culture and the university students learning effect. Not only focus on the interpretation of dormitory culture is a campus beautification and the change of living environment, the more college life, study habits, attitudes and values of intangible effects. This paper clearly summarizes the construction of dormitory culture on College Students' learning effects The theoretical basis and theory from the social, social learning theory and group dynamics theory is introduced in detail. At last, from the reflection of College Students' dormitory culture construction, and focus on how to optimize the construction of dormitory culture. The dormitory culture is a kind of cultural connotation and the choice of the dormitory members to participate in cultural activities and performance, is an invisible spirit of achievement, the dormitory members in the emotional exchange, mutual infection, and ultimately the formation of cultural identity, become a unique dormitory culture environment. This requires us to proceed from the main body of the construction of dormitory culture, in dormitory culture as the base point, the ideological and political education into the dormitory style building, in order to establish a sound mechanism for the protection of the construction of the dormitory culture, to a good learning environment for the foundation of dormitory hardware has been optimized and improved.
