【摘要】：高校現(xiàn)行的內部管理體制和運行機制下培養(yǎng)的大學生就業(yè)能力不能滿足用人單位的需求,使得大學生"就業(yè)難"和"難就業(yè)"。文章分析了大學生就業(yè)能力不足的表現(xiàn)和產生的原因,提出了在轉型發(fā)展和供給側改革的背景下,作為人才培養(yǎng)的高校在供給側改革中,必須從校內管理體制改革、管理制度創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)模式和教育教學改革、精細化就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)等方面入手,與行業(yè)和企業(yè)界廣泛聯(lián)合,走產學研協(xié)同育人之路,有效提升大學生就業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:To meet the needs of employers in the internal management system and operation mechanism under the cultivation of College Students' employment ability can make the students "difficult employment" and "difficult employment". This paper analyzes the college students' employment ability and performance reasons, put forward in the development of transformation and the supply side reform background, as personnel training reform of colleges and universities on the supply side, the school must reform the management system, management system innovation, talent training mode and the reform of education and teaching, fine employment ability and other aspects, with the industry and the business community wide joint cooperative education, walk the road, effectively enhance the employability of college students.
