【摘要】：大學(xué)文化生態(tài)場域是大學(xué)基于"師生"主體,以文化資本為核心邏輯演化而成的"教學(xué)文化生態(tài)場域"、"學(xué)術(shù)文化生態(tài)場域"及"管理文化生態(tài)場域"關(guān)系構(gòu)型。在這個構(gòu)型中,大學(xué)教學(xué)文化、學(xué)術(shù)文化及管理文化既相互區(qū)別,自成子場域,又相輔相成,整合形成大學(xué)文化生態(tài)場域。在大學(xué)場域關(guān)系中,教學(xué)文化與學(xué)術(shù)文化是對立統(tǒng)一的,管理文化與學(xué)術(shù)文化是主體交叉的,教學(xué)與管理的關(guān)系是管理在調(diào)節(jié)教學(xué)與學(xué)術(shù)關(guān)系中衍生出來的。就大學(xué)文化生態(tài)場域資本流轉(zhuǎn)所處的地位而言,教學(xué)文化生態(tài)是本,學(xué)術(shù)文化生態(tài)是根,管理文化生態(tài)是魂,三者權(quán)力主體交叉、資本交流多元,成為大學(xué)場域不滅的沖突和矛盾,也正是這種矛盾與沖突形成了"三域"的有機(jī)聯(lián)動,為大學(xué)文化生態(tài)場域治理提供了現(xiàn)實的際遇。
