【摘要】：移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來對(duì)高校宣傳思想工作提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)和要求。面對(duì)新形勢,高校應(yīng)洞悉以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為依據(jù)的新媒體的傳播特性,轉(zhuǎn)變宣傳理念,打造常態(tài)化傳播矩陣;加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),健全常態(tài)化運(yùn)營機(jī)制;完善互動(dòng)服務(wù),創(chuàng)新常態(tài)化交流模式;改變言說方式,規(guī)劃常態(tài)化議題設(shè)置;注重正面引導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好媒介素養(yǎng)等方面調(diào)整策略,構(gòu)建以微博、微信等為依托,傳統(tǒng)媒體與新興媒體相結(jié)合、多種新聞傳播和信息反饋渠道交融共生的宣傳格局,努力營造適應(yīng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步、體現(xiàn)學(xué)校特色、符合師生發(fā)展需要的"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+高校宣傳思想工作"新常態(tài),把高校宣傳思想工作提升到新的高度。
[Abstract]:The advent of the mobile Internet era has put forward new challenges and requirements for the propaganda and ideological work of colleges and universities. In the face of the new situation, colleges and universities should have insight into the dissemination characteristics of the new media based on the Internet and change the propaganda concept. Creating the normal propagation matrix; Strengthen the system construction and perfect the normal operation mechanism; Perfect the interactive service, innovate the normal communication mode; Change the way of speech and plan the setting of regular topic; Pay attention to positive guidance, cultivate students good media literacy and other aspects of the adjustment strategy, build with Weibo, WeChat and so on, the combination of traditional media and emerging media. Many kinds of news dissemination and information feedback channel blend symbiotic propaganda pattern, try hard to build the new normal of "propaganda and ideological work of Internet universities and colleges", which adapts to the social progress, manifests the school characteristic, conforms to the teachers and students' development needs. The propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities should be promoted to a new height.
