【摘要】：教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放事業(yè)的發(fā)展是我國(guó)同"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家合作交流的重要保障,而西部地區(qū)是國(guó)家教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放事業(yè)的重點(diǎn),也是難點(diǎn)。"一帶一路"視閾下,西部各省市教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放面臨的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展的路徑存在共性。通過(guò)對(duì)貴州省中外合作辦學(xué)發(fā)展困境和原因的剖析以及對(duì)發(fā)展路徑的探究,以點(diǎn)帶面,建議西部省市將中外合作辦學(xué)置于省域戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度,加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計(jì),擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,提高層次,有效利用國(guó)家政策,拓寬合作范圍,豐富教育資源,促進(jìn)省域乃至整個(gè)西部地區(qū)教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of educational opening to the outside world is an important guarantee for the cooperation and exchange between China and the countries along the route of "Belt and Road", while the western region is the focus and difficulty of the national education opening up. Through the analysis of the difficulties and reasons of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Guizhou Province and the exploration of the development path, the author points out the common problems and development paths of education opening to the outside world in the western provinces and cities. It is suggested that the western provinces and cities should put the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at the height of the provincial strategic development, strengthen the top-level design, expand the scale, raise the level, effectively utilize the national policies, broaden the scope of cooperation, and enrich the educational resources. To promote the development of education opening to the outside world in the provinces and even the whole western region.
