【摘要】：教師職業(yè)倦怠是教育界和心理界都十分關(guān)心的一個話題。很多研究表明,大學(xué)教師是職業(yè)倦怠的高發(fā)人群。大學(xué)公共英語教師是中國高校教師中一個龐大的群體,在大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革取得一定成就的背景下,大學(xué)公共英語教師承受的壓力和由此產(chǎn)生的職業(yè)倦怠也引起了學(xué)者的高度重視。職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)不僅會影響教師個人的身心健康,阻礙其專業(yè)發(fā)展,也會對高校變革、學(xué)生的成長和學(xué)習(xí)等產(chǎn)生不良的影響。本項研究采用臺灣學(xué)者修訂的教師職業(yè)倦怠量表(MBI-ES)的中文版,對福建省普通本科院校的123名大學(xué)公共英語教師進行問卷調(diào)查,運用教師職業(yè)倦怠理論和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論分析了大學(xué)公共英語教師職業(yè)倦怠的總體情況以及人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量和教師職業(yè)倦怠方面的差異,并訪談了4位大學(xué)公共英語教師作為對問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果的補充。本項研究探討了以下幾個問題:1.福建普通本科院校中大學(xué)公共英語教師職業(yè)倦怠整體狀況如何?2.不同性別、年齡、婚姻、教齡、職稱和工作量的大學(xué)公共英語教師,其職業(yè)倦怠程度是否有差異?3.大學(xué)公共英語教師職業(yè)倦怠的成因有哪些?本項研究得出的結(jié)論如下:福建普通本科院校的大學(xué)公共英語教師中存在一定程度的職業(yè)倦怠。三個維度中,57%的大學(xué)公共英語教師情感衰竭問題較為嚴重;但是去個性化和低個人成就感表現(xiàn)不明顯。不同性別、年齡、婚姻、教齡、職稱和工作量的大學(xué)公共英語教師,其職業(yè)倦怠程度都各有差異,主要體現(xiàn)在情感衰竭這一維度上。本項研究還了解了大學(xué)公共英語教師職業(yè)倦怠的成因。定性分析的結(jié)果表明,成因主要來自于以下六對矛盾:社會期望與現(xiàn)實的矛盾、學(xué)術(shù)與政治的矛盾、工作與家庭的矛盾、付出與回報的矛盾、教學(xué)與科研的矛盾以及教師中心與學(xué)生中心的矛盾�；谏鲜鲅芯拷Y(jié)果,本項研究提出了相應(yīng)的緩解策略。包括要獲得社會、學(xué)校、家庭和學(xué)生的支持,要重視自己的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The teacher occupation burnout is a topic of educational and psychological circles are very concerned about. Many studies show that university teachers are the high risk population of occupation burnout. College English teachers is a huge group of university teachers in Chinese, certain achievements in College English Teaching Reform under the background of College English teachers under the pressure and the resulting occupation burnout has also attracted the attention of scholars. The emergence of the phenomenon of occupation burnout will not only affect the teachers' physical and mental health, hinder their professional development in Colleges and universities, will also change, adverse effects the growth of students and learning. This study adopts Taiwan scholars revised teacher occupation burnout scale (the Chinese version of MBI-ES), a questionnaire survey on 123 College English teachers in universities and colleges in Fujian Province, using the theory of teachers occupation burnout and professional development of teachers of Science On the analysis of the differences between the overall situation of College English teachers' occupation burnout and demographic variables and teacher occupation burnout, and interviewed 4 college English teachers as a supplement to the results of a questionnaire survey. This study discusses the following questions: how the overall situation of Public English Teachers Occupation Burnout of University 1. Fujian ordinary colleges and universities? 2. different gender, age, marriage, age, College English teachers' professional titles and workload, the occupation burnout whether there are differences? What are the causes of the public English teachers occupation burnout 3. university? This study concluded as follows: there is a certain degree of occupation burnout of College English teachers in Fujian ordinary colleges in three dimensions, College English teachers emotional exhaustion problem 57% is more serious; but depersonalization and low personal achievement performance Not obvious. Different sex, age, marriage, age, College English teachers' professional titles and workload, the occupation burnout degree is different, mainly reflected in the dimension of emotional exhaustion. This study also understand the causes of College English teachers occupation burnout. The quantitative analysis results show that the main cause of from the following six pairs of contradictions: the contradiction of social expectations and the reality of the contradiction between academic and politics, work and family conflicts, contradictions and conflicts to pay return, the teaching and research of teachers and students and between centers. Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to alleviate. For society, school, family and student support, should pay attention to their professional development.
