【摘要】：在數(shù)千年的中華文明史上,“和諧”一直作為我們民族的主流思想貫穿始終。實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧的社會(huì)理想,建設(shè)美好的生存家園,是人類所不懈追求的社會(huì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢,同樣也是中國共產(chǎn)黨及全體馬克思主義政黨所致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)的價(jià)值目標(biāo)。因此,倡導(dǎo)并踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中的和諧,便成為了推動(dòng)我們和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的必要前提。將和諧作為國家目標(biāo)列入社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,有其深刻的理論及思想淵源。我國傳統(tǒng)和諧思想中“天人合一”的宇宙觀,“和為貴”的人際觀,“正心修身”的道德觀,“協(xié)和萬邦”的國際觀等都是致力于維護(hù)并實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)和諧的思想觀念,為今天重申價(jià)值觀意義上的和諧提供了豐富的思想資料;馬克思主義中所描畫的人與自然、人與人、人與社會(huì)彼此和諧的理想藍(lán)圖,為我們繼續(xù)倡導(dǎo)并堅(jiān)持和諧的價(jià)值觀指明了方向;以毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤、習(xí)近平為代表的幾代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體對構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的探索,豐富和發(fā)展了社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中的中的和諧理念。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中的和諧思想既繼承了中西方文明中豐富的和諧思想的精華,又在黨的十八大中被賦予了嶄新的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵。這里的和諧所致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)的是一種自然、人、社會(huì)之間相互協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的整體主義價(jià)值觀,它以作為被評價(jià)對象的任何人、事物、現(xiàn)象及行為的具體實(shí)踐是否對促進(jìn)自然、人和社會(huì)的整體性和諧有利為評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);以實(shí)現(xiàn)自然界同人類社會(huì)的和諧,促進(jìn)主體健全人格的養(yǎng)成及社會(huì)和諧目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)為基本的價(jià)值目標(biāo);以作為主體的人的行為方式及思想理念是否有利于世界的合理改造及未來社會(huì)的永續(xù)發(fā)展為基本行為規(guī)范,對我國現(xiàn)在乃至未來和諧社會(huì)的建成具有重要的指導(dǎo)性意義。將和諧確定為我國國家未來建設(shè)的核心價(jià)值目標(biāo)同樣有著深刻的現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求。現(xiàn)階段我國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)等各領(lǐng)域中的“失和”現(xiàn)象及其他隱藏的非和諧因素都急需和諧的價(jià)值觀對其做出正確的引導(dǎo)。因此,要努力探索社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀所倡導(dǎo)的和諧的踐行路徑,從強(qiáng)化國家層面組織及政策支撐、充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)的積極推動(dòng)作用、加強(qiáng)個(gè)人的和諧價(jià)值觀培育等方面深入探索如何實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧的理想境界,這不僅僅能夠從某種程度上推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀所倡導(dǎo)的和諧思想在全社會(huì)的有效實(shí)施,更有助于確保我國建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興“中國夢”。

Therefore, advocate and the practice of socialist core values in the harmony, has become a necessary premise to promote the construction of a harmonious society to achieve our goal.
