【摘要】：工匠精神凸顯了勇于創(chuàng)新的意識(shí),倡導(dǎo)堅(jiān)持執(zhí)著的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,呼喚主動(dòng)創(chuàng)造的使命感,堅(jiān)定了創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新責(zé)任感,工匠精神與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神存在內(nèi)生邏輯關(guān)聯(lián),大學(xué)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)工匠精神的主動(dòng)傳承和協(xié)同融通的路徑是產(chǎn)教深度融合,構(gòu)筑"大城工匠"的師生培養(yǎng)模式,雙創(chuàng)教育貫穿人才培養(yǎng)全過程,打造"校內(nèi)校外"雙師協(xié)同的教學(xué)隊(duì)伍,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)建設(shè),弘揚(yáng)工匠精神,營造寬松濃郁的"大創(chuàng)業(yè)"校園文化。
[Abstract]:Artisans' spirit highlights the consciousness of bold innovation, advocates persisting in persistent entrepreneurship, calls for a sense of mission of initiative creation, and strengthens the sense of responsibility for entrepreneurial innovation. The artisan spirit and the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship have an endogenous logical link. The active inheritance and synergetic path of university innovation and entrepreneurship education to artisans' spirit is the deep integration of production and teaching, the construction of the teacher-student training mode of "craftsmen in the big city", and the double creation education running through the whole process of talent training. To build the teaching team of "inside and outside school", strengthen the construction of innovative platform, carry forward the spirit of craftsman, and create a loose and rich campus culture of "big business".
