【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展、科技的不斷進步以及新時期大學生的價值觀念、思想觀點和行為取向等方面發(fā)生的變化,我國高校思想政治教育面臨著新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本研究立足于新時期高校大學生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,探討高校隱性思想政治教育的基本問題,旨在豐富思想政治教育理論研究成果的同時進一步增強我國高校思想政治教育的實效性。本文從以下思路展開論述:首先,對顯性思想政治教育、隱性教育和隱性思想政治教育相關概念進行梳理,重點闡述了隱性思想政治教育的內涵、特點,并分析了新時期高校大學生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,論述了隱性思想政治教育的運行機制。其次,分別從馬克思主義關于環(huán)境和實踐理論、無意識的學習理論以及黨和國家制定的與大學生思想政治教育相關的方針政策方面闡述隱性思想政治教育存在的理論依據(jù)。接著從高校體制改革、社會環(huán)境變化和教育對象發(fā)展方面論述了隱性思想政治教育存在的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。再次,從社會的發(fā)展要求、大學生思想狀況變化和信息傳播方式多元化方面論述了新時期我國高校實施隱性思想政治教育的必要性。然后從該領域目前所取得的成績、豐富的隱性思想政治教育資源和教育工作者們的研究實踐經(jīng)驗三個方面論述了新時期我國高校實施隱性思想政治教育的可行性。最后,從高校制度保障機制、發(fā)揮教育主體的作用、隱性思想政治教育載體的開發(fā)方面提出新時期我國高校隱性思想政治教育的實施途徑,以期進一步增強新時期大學生思想政治教育實效性,進而促使形成全員育人、全程育人、全方位育人的新局面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the continuous progress of science and technology, as well as the new period of college students' values, ideas and behavioral orientation and other aspects of change. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China is facing new opportunities and challenges. This study is based on the current situation of ideological and political education of college students in the new period, and discusses the basic problems of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to enrich the theoretical research results of ideological and political education and further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China, this paper discusses the following ideas: first, the explicit ideological and political education. The related concepts of recessive education and recessive ideological and political education are combed, the connotation and characteristics of recessive ideological and political education are expounded, and the present situation of college students' ideological and political education in the new period is analyzed. Discusses the hidden ideological and political education operating mechanism. Secondly, from the Marxist environment and practice theory. The unconscious learning theory and the principles and policies related to the ideological and political education of college students formulated by the Party and the state are the theoretical basis for the existence of implicit ideological and political education. The change of social environment and the development of educational objects discuss the realistic basis of the existence of recessive ideological and political education. Thirdly, from the requirements of social development. This paper discusses the necessity of implementing recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period in terms of the changes in the ideological situation of college students and the diversification of information dissemination methods, and then discusses the achievements made in this field at present. This paper discusses the feasibility of implementing recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period from three aspects: the rich resources of recessive ideological and political education and the practical research experience of educators. Finally, from the perspective of the institutional guarantee mechanism of colleges and universities. Give full play to the role of the main body of education, the development of hidden ideological and political education carrier to put forward the implementation of hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period. In order to further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students in the new period, and then promote the formation of a new situation of all-staff education, all-round education and all-round education.
