【摘要】：當(dāng)前,"項目制"已成為一種國家治理社會的新體制。隨著"項目制"由財政領(lǐng)域溢出進而滲透高等教育領(lǐng)域,國家對大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的治理逐漸被納入這一新體制之中�？蒲许椖颗c人才項目的實施使國家對大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的治理呈現(xiàn)出典型的"項目制"特征。然而,"項目制"的運作機制產(chǎn)生了嚴密的運作程序、新的學(xué)術(shù)等級系統(tǒng)等意外后果,使"科層制"成功嵌入"項目制",進而控制、主導(dǎo)了"項目制"的運行與指向,從而重塑了大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)治理的格局。在這種雙重制度邏輯下,大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)場域內(nèi)不同位置行動者因掌握的資源不對等而進行的等級強制互動、行動者自上而下的控制與自下而上的反控制行為傾向與利益訴求、等級權(quán)威塑造的文化資本的體制化轉(zhuǎn)向構(gòu)建了一個新的大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:At present, the "project system" has become a new system to manage the country. With the "project system" by the financial field of overflow and then penetrate the field of higher education, national governance of the University's academic was gradually incorporated into the new system. Scientific research projects and the implementation of the project in the talent of university academic governance shows the typical "project system" feature. However, operation mechanism of "project system" has a strict operational procedures, unexpected new academic rating system as a consequence, the "bureaucracy" successful "project system", and embedded control, leading the "and pointing to the project system" operation, to reshape the university the academic governance pattern. In this dual institutional logic, the academic field in different positions because of the resources available to actors not being the level of compulsory interaction, and self control and anti control actors top-down behavior and the benefit The institutionalization of cultural capital shaped by the authority of rank authority has turned to a new university academic ecology.
