【摘要】：美國教授專業(yè)教育中的"暖心"之舉,即對智利留學生學業(yè)和生活上的備加關心和幫助,對學生的學業(yè)和思想產生了重要影響,讓學生樹立起改變祖國經濟的使命意識。這一教育模式對我國高校專業(yè)教師做好大學生思想政治教育工作具有重要啟示:專業(yè)教師應該具備勇于擔當?shù)掠姑呢熑我庾R,密切關注學生學業(yè)、因材施教和及時交流的投入精神,以及善于與大學生做知心朋友的教育技巧。
