【摘要】:社會(huì)是由形形色色的人共同構(gòu)成的,只有所有人都各盡其責(zé),各司其職,才能夠確保各個(gè)小團(tuán)體以及社會(huì)大團(tuán)體的共同發(fā)展。大學(xué)生是一個(gè)特殊的群體,他們掌握先進(jìn)的科學(xué)文化,承擔(dān)著國家建設(shè)和發(fā)展的重大責(zé)任,因此對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)水平的要求非常高。但是受我國教育模式以及市場環(huán)境的影響,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生普遍存在責(zé)任意識缺乏現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致其不能夠正確認(rèn)識到其應(yīng)該承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,F(xiàn)今國內(nèi)外專家和學(xué)者在現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生責(zé)任感方面的探討十分激烈,各種研究有著顯著的發(fā)展,對于現(xiàn)今大學(xué)生責(zé)任感的缺失程度都有明確的認(rèn)識。在研究中,詳細(xì)分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生責(zé)任感的現(xiàn)狀,探討了造成其責(zé)任意識缺失的主要因素,提出了可以采取的具體解決對策,來應(yīng)對未來大學(xué)生的發(fā)展的危機(jī)。本文在研究過程中采用文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)查法,對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,得到了其責(zé)任缺失的具體表現(xiàn),并且分析了責(zé)任缺失給大學(xué)生和社會(huì)造成的影響。同時(shí)文章中還就造成大學(xué)生責(zé)任缺失的社會(huì)原因、家庭原因、學(xué)校原因以及市場原因等進(jìn)行了分析,最后結(jié)合大學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn),給出了未來培養(yǎng)過程中應(yīng)該采取的具體措施,為大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識的培養(yǎng)和提升提供了可以參考的依據(jù)。通過論文的研究,知道培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識不但能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步,而且還能夠構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。但是由于社會(huì)、家庭以及學(xué)生自身等因素的影響,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識越來越模糊,具體表現(xiàn)在重視自我價(jià)值,輕視社會(huì)價(jià)值;以個(gè)人為本位,忽視社會(huì)本位;強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)人理想,輕視社會(huì)理想。大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識的缺失會(huì)扭曲他們對社會(huì)關(guān)系的理性認(rèn)知,危害個(gè)人心靈的健康成長,并且誤導(dǎo)大學(xué)生未來的職業(yè)選擇,給其自身、家庭以及整個(gè)社會(huì)造成非常惡劣的影響。在論文研究過程中,從多個(gè)方面對造成大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任意識缺失的原因進(jìn)行了分析。首先是由于市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,不同國家之間的溝通和交流越來越多,大學(xué)生作為先進(jìn)科學(xué)知識和先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表,其跟西方國家的聯(lián)系更加密切,容易受到西方不良思想以及社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的影響,導(dǎo)致其思想呈現(xiàn)出一定的激進(jìn)性。其次,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使得各種不良思想通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行傳播,對大學(xué)生思想造成一定沖擊。第三,由于學(xué)校教育方式的不當(dāng),其教學(xué)過程中采用灌輸式教育模式,忽略了對大學(xué)生德育的教育。再加上一些教師自身素質(zhì)水平有限,不能夠?yàn)閷W(xué)生樹立相應(yīng)的榜樣。最后是家庭責(zé)任教育的缺失,父母平時(shí)工作都比較忙,疏于對學(xué)生的管理,特別是近些年來在我國呈現(xiàn)比較嚴(yán)重的留守兒童問題,給后續(xù)大學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識培養(yǎng)造成了較大的障礙。大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識的缺失,不但會(huì)影響其自身未來發(fā)展,而且還會(huì)給整個(gè)家庭,乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)造成非常嚴(yán)重的影響。因此在未來發(fā)展過程中要進(jìn)一步加大對大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識培養(yǎng)的力度,具體可以采用的途徑為:第一,要加強(qiáng)對高等院校學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識培訓(xùn),使其認(rèn)識到責(zé)任教育在整個(gè)高等教育中的重要性。同時(shí),注重對教師綜合素質(zhì)的培訓(xùn),實(shí)現(xiàn)其教育水平的提升,為高等院校中學(xué)生責(zé)任意識的培養(yǎng)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),確保其教育效果的提升。第二,要發(fā)揮輿論的責(zé)任澄清功能,通過榜樣的樹立,為大學(xué)生提供可以效仿的榜樣。對那些缺乏責(zé)任意識或者作出違反責(zé)任的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行嚴(yán)厲處罰,通過懲罰提升大學(xué)生責(zé)任感。第三,要鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生的自我責(zé)任教育,鼓勵(lì)其積極參加校園活動(dòng),在活動(dòng)中相互學(xué)習(xí)和交流,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身責(zé)任意識水平的提升。第四,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生參加各種類型的社會(huì)實(shí)踐,如學(xué)?梢葬槍Ξ(dāng)前社會(huì)中的熱點(diǎn)問題,設(shè)置相應(yīng)的實(shí)踐主題;還可以立足其專業(yè),加強(qiáng)基地的建設(shè),為大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識的培養(yǎng)提供良好的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)施;建立長效機(jī)制,確保實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的順利開展;創(chuàng)新組織形式,提高大學(xué)生參與的興趣和積極性。最后在改善過程中,還要加強(qiáng)跟大學(xué)生的溝通,探尋到其問題的真正原因,并且對癥下藥,才能夠達(dá)到最佳的改善效果。

But due to China's education mode as well as the impact of the market environment, the current college students are lack of sense of responsibility, can not lead to the correct understanding of their responsibilities. The experts and scholars at home and abroad is very fierce in modern college students' sense of responsibility aspects, various studies have a significant development. Have a clear understanding of the degree of lack of current college students' sense of responsibility. In the study, a detailed analysis of the current situation of College Students' sense of responsibility, is discussed The main factors causing the lack of sense of responsibility, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures that can be taken to deal with the future development of college students crisis. This article uses the literature method and investigation method in the course of the study, the students' sense of responsibility has been investigated, specifically the responsibility flaw, and analyzes the impact of lack of responsibility to the students and the society. The social reasons, it also caused college students' lack of responsibility for family reasons, school reasons and market reasons were analyzed, combining with the characteristics of the students themselves, gives the future training specific measures should be taken in the process, can provide reference basis for the training of College Students' responsibility consciousness and improved. Through this study, nurturing students' sense of responsibility can not only realize the social progress, but also to build a harmonious society Will achieve the stable development of the whole society. But because of the social, family and students themselves and other factors, the responsibility consciousness of contemporary college students has become increasingly blurred, the specific performance in the importance of self value, despise social value; individual based, ignoring the social standard; emphasizing personal ideals, despise the ideal society.
