【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是科技迅猛發(fā)展的時(shí)代,是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息化的時(shí)代,中國的改革開放不斷深入,社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮向前。綜合國力的重要因素是科學(xué)技術(shù),綜合國力競爭的關(guān)鍵要素是人才。人才是重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,取得人才資源優(yōu)勢對綜合國力起著無可比擬的作用,人才因素成為綜合國力中具有決定意義的因素。人才隊(duì)伍的重要部分是全面發(fā)展的高技能人才,他們是推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要力量。加強(qiáng)高技能人才的培養(yǎng),對于不斷提升我國綜合國力具有重要而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。因此,只有優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略,才能從根本上提高公民的整體素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)綜合國力。當(dāng)今大學(xué)生處于各種思想和文化相互激蕩的背景之中,大學(xué)生是未來社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的棟梁。在新的形勢下,要使大學(xué)生成為全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型人才,很大程度上取決于高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)工作水平的高低。教育是培養(yǎng)人才的基礎(chǔ),高校是人才培養(yǎng)的主要陣地。本文從對人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容和價(jià)值出發(fā),闡述大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的意義,分析高校學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和原因,提出人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策建議和保障措施,為高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)工作探索新的思路。在研究內(nèi)容上,緒論部分主要介紹了文章的選題背景、研究目的和意義,同時(shí),介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后闡述論文的相關(guān)研究思路、方法以及研究重點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)概述部分,論述人文素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成以及人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)容和意義。分別介紹人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的四個(gè)方面內(nèi)容:人文知識的培養(yǎng)、文化的培養(yǎng)、人類意識的培養(yǎng)、精神修養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)。對人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的意義進(jìn)行分析,在大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)提高和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)方面以及在高校校園文化氛圍和教學(xué)質(zhì)量提升方面闡述人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的意義。大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)的缺失和原因分析部分,從六個(gè)方面對人文素質(zhì)缺失現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析:人文知識儲備、價(jià)值取向、人文與專業(yè)素質(zhì)比重、網(wǎng)絡(luò)對學(xué)生的負(fù)面效應(yīng)、正確道德觀念、部分學(xué)生精神空虛。相應(yīng)的挖掘出造成大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀的原因,分別從人文課程設(shè)置合理性、培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容實(shí)效性等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。人文素質(zhì)缺失造成的不良后果直接影響人才整體素質(zhì)的提高,使得大學(xué)生不能很好的適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流,降低了大學(xué)生人生的追求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑及作用部分,.從具體學(xué)科知識、先進(jìn)文化理念、認(rèn)識和實(shí)踐的角度、重視人文精神在培養(yǎng)中的核心地位共四個(gè)方面總結(jié)了人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑。結(jié)合人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑指明人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的作用,分別從自然科學(xué)與人文社會(huì)科學(xué)關(guān)系、中國古代傳統(tǒng)教育理論等視角分析人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的作用。大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策與措施部分,論述具體的培養(yǎng)對策建議,從人文選修課程強(qiáng)化人文精神教育、凸顯人文素質(zhì)教育提高教師人文素養(yǎng)等方面來闡述對策和措施。結(jié)論部分,對大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行總體性概括,展望我國大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的未來。在研究方法上,本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、觀察法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法等研究方法,通過調(diào)查人文素質(zhì)方面的文獻(xiàn)來獲得資料,從而全面地、正確地了解掌握大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)問題的有關(guān)方面。深入到大學(xué)生當(dāng)中去直接觀察他們的人文素質(zhì)狀況,從而獲得研究資料。通過研究過程中的具體情況,進(jìn)行分析歸納,使前人關(guān)于人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策理論化、系統(tǒng)化,并且上升為經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在研究成果上,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)的總體狀況,分析了大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)缺失狀況的原因和人文素質(zhì)缺失的不良后果,探索了大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的途徑及作用,提出了大學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策建議和保障措施,并且得出了全文概括性的結(jié)論。
