【摘要】：自上古時代以來,人類就用數(shù)據(jù)記錄事件,后來隨著社會和科技的發(fā)展,尤其是工業(yè)革命以后,數(shù)據(jù)無論是在數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量上,都有了顯著的提高。人類對數(shù)據(jù)也愈加重視,各行業(yè)先后確立了數(shù)據(jù)標準和使用規(guī)范。當前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的形態(tài)與其最初產(chǎn)生時發(fā)生了巨大變化,社交平臺、電子商務、移動互聯(lián)等形態(tài)大大豐富了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的內(nèi)容,拓寬了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應用領域。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷升級和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,除了結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù),音頻、視頻等半結(jié)構(gòu)和非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)也大量產(chǎn)生,數(shù)據(jù)種類和規(guī)模都呈指數(shù)級速度快速增長,大數(shù)據(jù)時代已經(jīng)悄然到來。大數(shù)據(jù)在給各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的機遇的同時,也帶來了更加嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),教育領域當然也不例外。高校作為知識密集,思想活躍,最易接受新鮮事物的前沿陣地,學校的工作方法、教育管理模式等必將受到大數(shù)據(jù)的深刻影響。本文采用了跨學科、跨領域的研究方法,將大數(shù)據(jù)的先進思想和理念以及大數(shù)據(jù)時代引發(fā)的思維變革與教育領域緊密融合,推進高校學生工作在新形勢、新環(huán)境下的積極轉(zhuǎn)型,以實現(xiàn)更高層次的教育目標。導論部分主要針對大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作轉(zhuǎn)型研究這一問題的提出和選題理由進行了論述,試圖在借鑒國內(nèi)外不同學者相關(guān)研究成果基礎之上,分析目前研究取得的成績和存在的不足,并認真梳理本文的研究思路與研究方法。論文第一章對大數(shù)據(jù)的基本概念進行了分析,這是所研究問題的時代背景和社會大環(huán)境。從大數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)生背景、發(fā)展趨勢、主要特點、主要類型與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等各方面進行了充分闡釋。除此之外,還詳細介紹了高校學生工作作為一個整體和系統(tǒng)主要包括的內(nèi)容,并提出了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作的發(fā)展目標。論文第二章聚焦了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作面對的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。論述了大數(shù)據(jù)時代高校學生工作存在的問題及成因和外界環(huán)境的劇烈變化給高校學生工作帶來的沖擊；分析了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作迎來的機遇,為高校學生工作的轉(zhuǎn)型做好鋪墊。論文第三章立足大數(shù)據(jù)時代高校學生工作存在的問題,借助大數(shù)據(jù)給高校學生工作帶來的機遇,分析了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)容,即從工作模式、工作方法與數(shù)據(jù)管理三方面入手,從宏觀到微觀,層層遞進,描繪出高校學生工作未來的發(fā)展方向。論文第四章對大數(shù)據(jù)背景下高校學生工作轉(zhuǎn)型的保障進行了論述,包括隊伍建設和工作環(huán)境兩個方面。論文認為大數(shù)據(jù)背景下要創(chuàng)新學生工作隊伍建設并優(yōu)化學生工作環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, people have used data to record events, and later with the development of society and technology, especially after the industrial revolution, data, whether in quantity or quality. Human beings pay more attention to data, and various industries have established data standards and usage norms. At present, the shape of the Internet and its initial appearance has undergone tremendous changes, social platform. E-commerce, mobile interconnection and other forms greatly enrich the content of the Internet, broaden the application of the Internet. With the continuous upgrading of the Internet and the development of information technology, in addition to structured data, audio. Video and other semi-structured and unstructured data are also produced in large numbers, and the data types and scale are increasing exponentially. Big data era has come quietly. Big data has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of various industries, but also brought more severe challenges, of course, the field of education is no exception. Colleges and universities as knowledge-intensive. The active thought, the most receptive frontier position of new things, the working method of school, the educational management mode and so on will be influenced by big data deeply. This paper adopts the interdisciplinary and cross-domain research method. Big data's advanced ideas and ideas as well as big data era of thinking changes and the field of education are closely integrated to promote the work of college students in the new situation under the new environment of positive transformation. In order to achieve a higher level of education goals. The introduction mainly focuses on the big data background under the background of the work transformation of college students put forward and the reasons for the topic are discussed. Based on the relevant research results of different scholars at home and abroad, this paper tries to analyze the achievements and shortcomings of the current research. The first chapter analyzes the basic concept of big data, which is the background of the study and social environment. Big data from the background. The development trend, main characteristics, main types and key technologies have been fully explained. In addition, the work of college students as a whole and system mainly included in detail. The second chapter focuses on the challenges and opportunities faced by college student work under big data background, and discusses the problems existing in college student work in big data era. And the causes and the violent changes of the external environment to the impact on the work of college students; This paper analyzes the opportunity of university student work under big data background, and lays a good foundation for the transformation of university student work. Chapter three is based on the problems existing in college student work in big data era. With the help of big data's opportunity to the work of college students, this paper analyzes the contents of the transformation of college students' work under big data background, that is, starting from three aspects of work mode, working methods and data management, from macro to micro. Layer by layer, describe the future development direction of college student work. Chapter 4th discusses the guarantee of the transformation of university student work under the background of big data. The paper thinks that under the background of big data, the construction of student work force should be innovated and the working environment of students should be optimized.
