【摘要】：由于計算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)在社會的各個領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用并發(fā)揮著無可替代的作用,加上國家教育部對高等教育學(xué)生的學(xué)籍電子注冊管理越來越規(guī)范,工作要求也更加嚴(yán)格。三明學(xué)院繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院是面向福建省招生的高等學(xué)校,招收非全日制成人教育(函授或業(yè)余)學(xué)生,縣級設(shè)有多個函授點(diǎn),學(xué)生數(shù)量急劇增多,辦學(xué)規(guī)模不斷增長,學(xué)籍異動情況更加的頻繁,致使我院成人教育學(xué)籍管理工作更加復(fù)雜化。長期以來學(xué)籍管理人員使用人工管理方式進(jìn)行學(xué)籍管理已經(jīng)不能滿足更高的需求。因此應(yīng)用計算機(jī)技術(shù)開發(fā)成人教育學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)對學(xué)籍信息進(jìn)行管理是我院目前的工作重心之一。 在學(xué)籍管理中,需要從大量的日常教學(xué)活動中提取相關(guān)信息,以反映教學(xué)情況。傳統(tǒng)的手工操作方式,易發(fā)生數(shù)據(jù)丟失,統(tǒng)計錯誤,勞動強(qiáng)度高,且速度慢。使用計算機(jī)可以高速、快捷地完成以上工作。在計算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)后,數(shù)據(jù)在網(wǎng)上傳遞,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享,避免重復(fù)勞動,規(guī)范教學(xué)管理行為,從而提高了管理效率和水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理水平。 論文介紹了成人教育學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)的研究項目背景及意義和同類系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過數(shù)據(jù)流分析和數(shù)據(jù)字典,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能架構(gòu)和各功能模塊的結(jié)構(gòu),包括學(xué)生信息管理、成績管理、畢業(yè)生管理、代碼管理、查詢統(tǒng)計等功能模塊；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了系統(tǒng)總體的E-R圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；最后也對論文所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的完善提出了要求。

In the management of student status, it is necessary to extract relevant information from a large number of daily teaching activities to reflect the teaching situation. The traditional manual operation method is prone to data loss, statistical errors, high labor intensity and slow speed. The above work can be completed quickly and quickly by using the computer. After the computer network, the data transmission on the Internet can realize the data sharing, avoid repeated labor and standardize the teaching management behavior, thus improving the management efficiency and level, and realizing the information management level. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research project of the adult education student status management system and the present situation of the research and application of the same kind of system, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the business process after the transformation.
