少數(shù)民族教育發(fā)展中的因富輟學(xué)悖論問(wèn)題——以云南省沿邊經(jīng)濟(jì)林區(qū)為例

【摘要】:因富輟學(xué)為當(dāng)下少數(shù)民族教育發(fā)展中的一個(gè)典型特案;诖,本文立足于云南省沿邊經(jīng)濟(jì)林區(qū)少數(shù)民族教育的實(shí)證調(diào)研,就少數(shù)民族教育發(fā)展中的因富輟學(xué)悖論問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)學(xué)理性辯證關(guān)系探討。"因富輟學(xué)"現(xiàn)象在云南沿邊經(jīng)濟(jì)林區(qū)較為突出,有其悖論性,也有其非悖論性。悖論性在于,在公眾的一般認(rèn)識(shí)中,一個(gè)"邊少"地區(qū),在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平上必然會(huì)與"貧困"對(duì)應(yīng),"因富輟學(xué)"讓人費(fèi)解;非悖論性在于,特殊地域與特殊民情背后的輟學(xué)原因?qū)嵱衅涮厥庑?該地帶處于小乘佛教特殊文化區(qū),佛教教育有其影響力,所以接受教育的選擇是世俗教育與宗教教育同行。再者,世俗教育專(zhuān)業(yè)課程設(shè)置并未體現(xiàn)"學(xué)以致用"的功能價(jià)值,致使"學(xué)"與"用"脫節(jié),導(dǎo)致"讀書(shū)無(wú)用論"泛起。
[Abstract]:Dropping out of school because of wealth is a typical special case in the development of minority education at present. Based on this, based on the empirical investigation of minority education in the economic forest areas along the border of Yunnan Province, this paper probes into the dialectical relationship between "dropping out of school because of wealth" in the development of minority education. The phenomenon of "dropping out of school because of wealth" is more prominent in the economic forest area along the border of Yunnan Province, which is both contradictory and non-contradictory. The paradox lies in that in the general understanding of the public, a "less side" area is bound to correspond to "poverty" at the level of economic development, and it is puzzling to "drop out of school because of wealth". The non-paradox lies in that the reason behind the special region and special people's feelings of dropping out of school has its particularity, which is located in the special cultural area of Mahayana Buddhism, and Buddhist education has its influence, so the choice of receiving education is that of secular education and religious education. Moreover, the curriculum design of secular education specialty does not reflect the functional value of "learning to apply", resulting in the disconnection between "learning" and "using", resulting in "useless reading theory".
