【摘要】：近年來,校園欺凌事件的頻發(fā)嚴(yán)重影響中小學(xué)生的健康成長。從家庭教育視角探究中小學(xué)校園欺凌的具體影響因素,表現(xiàn)在"和"與"忍"的文化對欺凌行為的無意識強(qiáng)化與確認(rèn),家庭結(jié)構(gòu)失能和不良家庭環(huán)境助長欺凌性格的形成,家庭教育的忽視及家長教育觀念的落伍不利學(xué)生個性培養(yǎng)。提出家庭教育視角下校園欺凌的應(yīng)對策略:家長重視對學(xué)生優(yōu)良品質(zhì)和健全個性的培育與引導(dǎo);轉(zhuǎn)變家長教育方式,重視子女的認(rèn)知及規(guī)則教育;對家庭教育立法,明確家長在子女教育上的責(zé)任;家庭與社會要形成合力,使教育保障更有力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of bullying on campus has seriously affected the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students. From the perspective of family education, this paper probes into the specific influencing factors of bullying in primary and secondary schools, which are manifested in the unconscious strengthening and confirmation of bullying behavior in the culture of "harmony" and "tolerance". The disability of family structure and bad family environment contribute to the formation of bullying character, the neglect of family education and the cultivation of students' personality. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of campus bullying from the perspective of family education: parents attach importance to the cultivation and guidance of students' excellent quality and sound personality; change the way of parents' education, attach importance to the cognition and rule education of their children; make clear the responsibilities of parents in children's education by legislating on family education; and form a joint force between family and society to make education more powerful.
