【摘要】：庫伯經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論認(rèn)為,學(xué)習(xí)是經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成及技術(shù)再造的過程,是人通過知識積累與認(rèn)知提升促進(jìn)知識體系不斷完整的行為范式。農(nóng)民工是我國社會(huì)人力資本的主體,是我國繼續(xù)教育主要的參與者和實(shí)踐者。本文在分析庫伯經(jīng)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論價(jià)值構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,對農(nóng)民工繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展對策進(jìn)行了理性思考,以期對提高農(nóng)民工知識素養(yǎng)及實(shí)踐能力提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Kuber's experience learning theory holds that learning is the process of experience generation and technology re-engineering, which is the continuous and complete behavior pattern of knowledge accumulation and cognition promotion through knowledge accumulation and cognition. The peasant worker is the main body of the human capital in our country, and it is the main participant and practitioner of our country's continuing education. Based on the analysis of the theoretical value of the theoretical value of the Kuber's experience, this paper makes rational thinking on the countermeasures of the continued education and development of the migrant workers, with a view to providing some reference for the improvement of the knowledge literacy and the practical ability of the migrant workers.
