【摘要】：目的了解學(xué)生家長開展性教育的情況,并探討其影響因素,為更好地開展青少年性教育提供依據(jù)和建議。方法 2014年6—9月,選取杭州市某區(qū)的小學(xué)、初中和高中各2所,在小學(xué)四年級和五年級、初中一年級和二年級分別抽取1個班級,高中一年級抽取2個班級,納入班級所有學(xué)生的家長,進行自填式問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷550份,回收有效問卷483份。僅有36.65%的被調(diào)查家長表示主動對孩子進行過性與生殖健康相關(guān)的教育。多因素逐步Logistic回歸顯示,高中生家長提供過性教育的比例低于小學(xué)生家長(OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25~0.73);與父親相比,母親提供過性教育的比例較高(OR=2.08,95%CI:1.31~3.30),而且家庭人均月收入和孩子性別對家長是否開展性教育的情況有影響。結(jié)論家長主動對孩子開展性與生殖健康相關(guān)教育的情況不理想,亟需加強家長對性教育重要性的認(rèn)識、提高相關(guān)知識水平和溝通技巧。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of sex education carried out by parents of students, and to explore its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence and suggestions for better development of sex education for adolescents. Methods from June to September 2014, two primary schools, two junior middle schools and two senior high schools in a district of Hangzhou were selected. One class was selected in the fourth and fifth grades of primary school, one class in the first grade and two classes in the first grade of senior high school. Parents who included all the students in the class conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey. Results A total of 550 questionnaires were sent out and 483 valid questionnaires were recovered. Only 36.65% of the surveyed parents said they took the initiative to educate their children about sexual and reproductive health. Multivariate stepwise Logistic regression showed that the proportion of high school students' parents who provided sex education was lower than that of primary school students' parents (OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25~0.73). Compared with fathers, mothers provide a higher proportion of sex education (OR=2.08,95%CI:1.31~3.30), and the per capita monthly income of the family and the sex of the child have an impact on whether parents have sex education. Conclusion parents' initiative to develop sexual and reproductive health-related education is not ideal, so it is urgent to strengthen parents' understanding of the importance of sex education and improve the level of relevant knowledge and communication skills.
