東莞市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)雙轉(zhuǎn)型下農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)研究

【摘要】:中國改革開放以來,國家經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)過了高速發(fā)展,目前正是經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整期,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整能否成功,依賴于對(duì)人力資源的有效開發(fā)和利用。在我國,農(nóng)民工是人力資源的主要組成部分,做好農(nóng)民工在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整時(shí)間的培訓(xùn)工作,使農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)更適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的要求,通過教育增加人力資本存量,更好地服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一項(xiàng)重要課題,本文的研究正是在上述的背景之下展開的。 本研究目的是在對(duì)東莞市農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行研究,探究農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)新的教育理念、教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容和教育方法,豐富和深化在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)雙轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)理論,探索具有區(qū)域特色的農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)發(fā)展的模式,為我國其它地區(qū)進(jìn)行農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)發(fā)展起到初步借鑒作用,并提供部分的參考和借鑒。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容分為六分部,第一部分為緒論,概述了本文研究的背景、研究意義和研究方法。第二部分為國內(nèi)外農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)實(shí)踐,概述了國外的農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及我國農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第三部分是東莞市農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀分析與存在問題;通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)東莞市農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)存在六大問題。第四部分是東莞市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)雙轉(zhuǎn)型下農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的基本要求;第五部分是東莞市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)雙轉(zhuǎn)型下農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的五個(gè)基本策略;第六部分為結(jié)束語。 本文在研究時(shí),查閱了許多國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的專業(yè)文獻(xiàn),借鑒了國內(nèi)外農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。以問卷調(diào)查所得的數(shù)據(jù)作為研究的重要參考依據(jù),通過對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合自身工作的經(jīng)歷,以及對(duì)企業(yè)和農(nóng)民工進(jìn)行的訪談,在已經(jīng)掌握的東莞市各級(jí)管理機(jī)構(gòu)在農(nóng)民工的各種培訓(xùn)情況的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合分析得到東莞市整體農(nóng)民工教育目前存在的主要問題。并認(rèn)為法制保障、社會(huì)環(huán)境、資金支持、政策因素、.教師隊(duì)伍、課程設(shè)置、缺少管理等問題是東莞市農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的根本問題。最后,針對(duì)農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)存在的問題,進(jìn)行歸納分析,最終提出在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)雙轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下東莞市農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的要求和策略。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the national economy has developed at a high speed. At present, the economic structure adjustment is a period of economic restructuring. The success of economic structure adjustment depends on the effective development and utilization of human resources. In our country, migrant workers are the main part of human resources. We should do a good job in the training of migrant workers in the time of economic structure adjustment, so that the training of migrant workers can better meet the requirements of economic and social development, and increase the stock of human capital through education. To better serve the economic and social development is an important topic in the current economic structure adjustment. The research in this paper is carried out under the above background. The purpose of this study is to study the training of migrant workers in Dongguan City, to explore the new educational concept, educational objectives, educational contents and educational methods of migrant workers training, and to enrich and deepen the training theory of migrant workers under the background of dual economic and social transformation. To explore the mode of training and development of migrant workers with regional characteristics plays a preliminary reference role for the training and development of migrant workers in other areas of our country, and provides part of the reference and reference. The research content of this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background, significance and research methods of this paper. The second part is the domestic and foreign farmer training experience practice, summarizes the foreign farmer training present situation and the practice experience, as well as our country migrant worker training research experience. The third part is the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of migrant workers training in Dongguan City. Through the data analysis, it is found that there are six major problems in the training of farmers in Dongguan City. The fourth part is the basic requirements of migrant workers training under the dual economic and social transformation of Dongguan City; the fifth part is the five basic strategies of migrant workers training under the dual economic and social transformation of Dongguan City; the sixth part is the conclusion. In this paper, we refer to many relevant professional literature at home and abroad, and draw lessons from the experience of migrant workers training at home and abroad. Taking the data obtained from the questionnaire survey as the important reference basis for the study, through the analysis of the survey data, combined with their own work experience, as well as interviews with enterprises and migrant workers, On the basis of the various training situation of migrant workers in Dongguan management institutions at all levels, the main problems existing in the education of migrant workers as a whole in Dongguan City are obtained by comprehensive analysis. And that legal security, social environment, financial support, policy factors,. Teachers, curriculum, lack of management and other issues are the fundamental problems of migrant workers training in Dongguan. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the training of migrant workers, this paper summarizes and analyzes, and finally puts forward the requirements and strategies of migrant workers training in Dongguan under the background of dual economic and social transformation.
