開放大學(xué)基層學(xué)院教師隊伍建設(shè)的思考

【摘要】：辦好開放大學(xué),教師隊伍是關(guān)鍵。開放大學(xué)基層學(xué)院教師應(yīng)具備扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識功底、現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)的運(yùn)用能力、較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)管理能力及良好的職業(yè)道德。基層學(xué)院教師隊伍建設(shè)存在教師數(shù)量不足、總體層次偏低等一些問題。加強(qiáng)隊伍建設(shè)的主要措施有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、完善繼續(xù)教育制度、強(qiáng)化職業(yè)道德建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:To run an open university well, the teaching staff is the key. Teachers in grass-roots colleges of Open University should have solid professional knowledge, the ability to use modern educational technology, strong teaching management ability and good professional ethics. There are some problems in the construction of teachers in grass-roots colleges, such as insufficient number of teachers, low overall level and so on. The main measures to strengthen the construction of the team are systematic planning, improvement of the continuing education system, strengthening the construction of professional ethics and so on.
