【摘要】：本文探討了成教大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育相融合的必然性,基于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和專業(yè)教育的目標(biāo)趨同,指出二者的融合發(fā)展是成人教育發(fā)展的新方向,以專業(yè)教育為依托有利于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的貫徹落實(shí)。成教大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育的融合發(fā)展,對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和成人教育自身發(fā)展無(wú)不具有重要意義,也是成教大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。分析成教大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育相融合的路徑選擇,具體包括:營(yíng)造創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)與專業(yè)教育相融合的文化氛圍,培養(yǎng)"雙能型"師資隊(duì)伍,專業(yè)教育課程體系中植入創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)模塊,打造具有聯(lián)動(dòng)效應(yīng)的社會(huì)實(shí)踐平臺(tái),在堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐并舉的同時(shí),整合各方面要素以實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與專業(yè)教育融合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the necessity of the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education for adult college students. Based on the convergence of the objectives of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education, it is pointed out that the integration and development of the two is a new direction of the development of adult education. Relying on professional education is conducive to the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The integration and development of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education for adult college students is of great significance to the economic and social development and the development of adult education itself. It is also the realistic needs of adult college students. This paper analyzes the path choice of the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education for adult college students, including: creating a cultural atmosphere of the integration of innovative entrepreneurship guidance and professional education, and cultivating a "dual-capable" teaching staff. The guidance module of innovation and entrepreneurship is embedded in the curriculum system of professional education, and the social practice platform with linkage effect is built. While adhering to the combination of theory and practice, all the elements are integrated to realize the integration and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.
