【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和普通高等教育大眾化的推進(jìn),高校繼續(xù)教育的"學(xué)歷補(bǔ)償教育"使命基本完成,繼續(xù)教育工作如何創(chuàng)新發(fā)展成為人們關(guān)注的問題。圍繞國家終身教育體系的建設(shè)目標(biāo),本文分析了地方高校繼續(xù)教育工作的現(xiàn)狀和問題,探討了地方高校繼續(xù)教育工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的思路,闡述了地方高校依托自身專業(yè)、行業(yè)和區(qū)域優(yōu)勢創(chuàng)新發(fā)展學(xué)校繼續(xù)教育的措施。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and development of social economy and the popularization of higher education, the mission of continuing education is basically completed. How to innovate and develop the continuing education has become a problem of concern to people. Based on the construction goal of national lifelong education system, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of continuing education work in local colleges and universities, probes into the ideas of innovative development of continuing education work in local colleges and universities, and expounds that local colleges and universities rely on their own specialties. Industry and regional advantages innovative development of school continuing education measures.
