【摘要】：民漢雙語(yǔ)人才是目前急需的專業(yè)人才,培養(yǎng)和造就德智體美全面發(fā)展的民漢雙語(yǔ)人才,不僅是加快少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),也是民族高等院校的使命。"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式作為一種新型的人才培養(yǎng)模式,在職業(yè)教育中已經(jīng)被廣泛使用,但其在高等教育領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用是一個(gè)新的課題,有部分普通高等院校嘗試采用"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行民漢雙語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng),也取得了良好的成果。通過(guò)研究民漢雙語(yǔ)人才"訂單式"培養(yǎng)模式及其評(píng)價(jià)體系,反過(guò)來(lái)指導(dǎo)該模式的不斷改進(jìn),并針對(duì)培養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提供現(xiàn)實(shí)的工作思路,具有明確的針對(duì)性和可操作性。認(rèn)真分析了民漢雙語(yǔ)人才"訂單式"培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)施的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),分別以云南省檢察機(jī)關(guān)定向招錄培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族工作人員,新疆雙語(yǔ)教師特培計(jì)劃等人才培養(yǎng)模式為例,研究了民漢雙語(yǔ)"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)施過(guò)程,分析了目前雙語(yǔ)"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出了一些應(yīng)對(duì)措施,以指導(dǎo)雙語(yǔ)"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式更好的在普通高等學(xué)校中開(kāi)展。最后,引入模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,采用基于CIPP的人才培養(yǎng)模式評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)雙語(yǔ)"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以指導(dǎo)雙語(yǔ)"訂單式"人才培養(yǎng)模式在實(shí)施過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題改進(jìn)和不斷完善。通過(guò)對(duì)民漢雙語(yǔ)人才"訂單式"培養(yǎng)模式及其評(píng)價(jià)研究,探討開(kāi)展雙語(yǔ)人才訂單定向人才培養(yǎng)模式的必要性和可行性,為普通高等學(xué)校,尤其是民族類院校實(shí)施訂單定向式人才培養(yǎng)模式及其改革提供一些決策參考。
[Abstract]:The bilingual talents of the people and Chinese are the professionals in urgent need at present. To cultivate and bring up the bilingual talents of the people who have the moral, intellectual, physical, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way is not only an important foundation for speeding up the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas, but also the mission of ethnic universities and colleges. " As a new type of talent training mode, the order-oriented "talent training mode" has been widely used in vocational education, but its application in the field of higher education is a new subject. Some colleges and universities try to use the "order-type" talent training model to train the bilingualism talents, and have also achieved good results. By studying the "order-type" training model and its evaluation system for the bilingual talents, the paper, in turn, guides the continuous improvement of the model, and provides a practical way of work for the problems in the training, which has definite pertinence and maneuverability. The theoretical and practical basis of the implementation of the "order-type" training model for the bilinguals of the civil and Chinese languages are carefully analyzed. The procuratorial organs of Yunnan Province recruit and train ethnic minority personnel in a targeted way, respectively. This paper studies the implementation process of the talent training mode of "order type" in both Chinese and civil languages, and analyzes the problems existing in the current "order type" talent training model of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang, such as the special training plan of Xinjiang bilingual teachers, and so on. And some countermeasures are put forward to guide the bilingual "order-oriented" talent training model to be better carried out in colleges and universities. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced, and the evaluation system of talent training mode based on CIPP is adopted to evaluate the bilingual "order-type" talent training model. To guide the bilingual "order" talent training model in the implementation of the process of improvement and continuous improvement. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing the training mode of "order type" for bilingual talents in colleges and universities through the research on the "order-oriented" training mode of the bilingual talents in civil and Chinese languages, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing the training mode of directed talents for bilingual talents. In particular, the implementation of order-oriented talent training mode and its reform in ethnic colleges and universities provide some decision-making reference.
