民漢雙語(yǔ)人才“訂單式”培養(yǎng)模式評(píng)價(jià)
[Abstract]:The bilingual talents of the people and Chinese are the professionals in urgent need at present. To cultivate and bring up the bilingual talents of the people who have the moral, intellectual, physical, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way is not only an important foundation for speeding up the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas, but also the mission of ethnic universities and colleges. " As a new type of talent training mode, the order-oriented "talent training mode" has been widely used in vocational education, but its application in the field of higher education is a new subject. Some colleges and universities try to use the "order-type" talent training model to train the bilingualism talents, and have also achieved good results. By studying the "order-type" training model and its evaluation system for the bilingual talents, the paper, in turn, guides the continuous improvement of the model, and provides a practical way of work for the problems in the training, which has definite pertinence and maneuverability. The theoretical and practical basis of the implementation of the "order-type" training model for the bilinguals of the civil and Chinese languages are carefully analyzed. The procuratorial organs of Yunnan Province recruit and train ethnic minority personnel in a targeted way, respectively. This paper studies the implementation process of the talent training mode of "order type" in both Chinese and civil languages, and analyzes the problems existing in the current "order type" talent training model of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang, such as the special training plan of Xinjiang bilingual teachers, and so on. And some countermeasures are put forward to guide the bilingual "order-oriented" talent training model to be better carried out in colleges and universities. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced, and the evaluation system of talent training mode based on CIPP is adopted to evaluate the bilingual "order-type" talent training model. To guide the bilingual "order" talent training model in the implementation of the process of improvement and continuous improvement. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing the training mode of "order type" for bilingual talents in colleges and universities through the research on the "order-oriented" training mode of the bilingual talents in civil and Chinese languages, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing the training mode of directed talents for bilingual talents. In particular, the implementation of order-oriented talent training mode and its reform in ethnic colleges and universities provide some decision-making reference.
