寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:1955年,全球第一所企業(yè)大學(xué)——通用電氣克頓維爾學(xué)院正式建成。從此,企業(yè)大學(xué)在世界企業(yè)內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,在中國(guó)的發(fā)展也日益蓬勃。2008年,通過(guò)企業(yè)官方渠道和公開(kāi)媒介獲得的已經(jīng)建立或正在籌建的本土企業(yè)大學(xué)為242家。但到2012年,數(shù)字快速增加到1186家,四年間中國(guó)企業(yè)大學(xué)的數(shù)量以每個(gè)工作日1.2所的速度在增長(zhǎng)。越來(lái)越多的政府將企業(yè)大學(xué)作為區(qū)域綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo),越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)將人才發(fā)展作為戰(zhàn)略性的課題予以高度的關(guān)注,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)家看到企業(yè)大學(xué)在人才培養(yǎng)、文化傳承、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、前瞻研究、變革管理和價(jià)值鏈整合的價(jià)值,并把企業(yè)大學(xué)作為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要議題。 首先,本研究總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)大學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究趨勢(shì),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)企業(yè)大學(xué)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展、理論基礎(chǔ)、典型大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)建設(shè)案例進(jìn)行闡述。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析,結(jié)合企業(yè)外部環(huán)境的變化、內(nèi)部存在的問(wèn)題對(duì)寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)建立企業(yè)大學(xué)的必要性進(jìn)行分析。寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的軟硬件基礎(chǔ)和E-Learning技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為構(gòu)建企業(yè)大學(xué)提供了穩(wěn)固的可行性基礎(chǔ)。接下來(lái),運(yùn)用企業(yè)大學(xué)方面的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)、方法和技術(shù),對(duì)寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。本研究主要是針對(duì)戰(zhàn)略定位、課程體系的建設(shè)、師資體系的建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量保障體系的建設(shè)四個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,其中又以課程體系和師資體系的建設(shè)為研究的重點(diǎn)。尤其圍繞制造型企業(yè)的課程設(shè)置特點(diǎn),給出了課程體系的建設(shè)方案和自主研發(fā)精品課程的方法。企業(yè)大學(xué)的質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè)從目的和運(yùn)作模式、管理制度、管理層的支持和加強(qiáng)與外界合作交流等方面來(lái)分析。最后以沁園培訓(xùn)學(xué)院的構(gòu)建實(shí)施為案例,深入剖析其構(gòu)建的細(xì)節(jié)要素,希望能為寧波制造型企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)建設(shè)實(shí)踐提供參考和借鑒。 寧波大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)大學(xué)不能局限在以往局部、散亂的發(fā)展思路,企業(yè)大學(xué)的規(guī)劃和發(fā)展應(yīng)融合戰(zhàn)略定位與核心能力等建設(shè)。依據(jù)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的需求,,向變革推動(dòng)者、員工發(fā)展顧問(wèn)和業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴三大角色轉(zhuǎn)變,使企業(yè)大學(xué)真正成為支撐企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)的助推器。從戰(zhàn)略定位、課程體系、師資體系、質(zhì)量保障措施四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),為企業(yè)大學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)的高效與有生命力運(yùn)作提供有效的基礎(chǔ)保障,充分發(fā)揮其對(duì)員工、文化及組織三個(gè)層面的價(jià)值和影響。
[Abstract]:In 1955, the world's first enterprise university-General Electric Christonville College was officially completed. Since then, corporate universities have developed rapidly in the world, and are booming in China. In 2008, 242 local universities have been established or are in the process of being built through official corporate channels and public media. But by 2012, the number had risen rapidly to 1186, with the number of Chinese corporate universities growing at a rate of 1.2 per workday over four years. More and more governments regard enterprise universities as an important indicator of regional comprehensive competitiveness, more and more enterprises pay high attention to the development of talents as a strategic issue, and more entrepreneurs see that enterprise universities are training talents. The value of cultural inheritance, knowledge innovation, prospective research, change management and value chain integration. First of all, this research summarizes the research status and research trend of enterprise universities at home and abroad, and on this basis, the emergence and development of enterprise universities, theoretical basis, typical large manufacturing enterprises of the enterprise university construction cases are described. Secondly, through the deep analysis of the present situation and the main problems of the university construction of the large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo, combined with the changes of the external environment of the enterprises, Internal problems to Ningbo large-scale manufacturing enterprises to establish the necessity of enterprise universities. The foundation of software and hardware and the rapid development of E-Learning technology in large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo provide a solid and feasible basis for the construction of enterprise universities. Then, using the relevant theory knowledge, method and technology of the enterprise university, the enterprise university of Ningbo large manufacturing enterprise is constructed. This research is mainly aimed at the strategic orientation, the construction of the curriculum system, the construction of the teacher system and the construction of the training quality assurance system. Among them, the construction of curriculum system and teacher system as the focus of research. Especially, according to the characteristics of course setup in manufacturing enterprises, the construction scheme of curriculum system and the method of independent research and development of high quality courses are given. The construction of quality assurance system of enterprise universities is analyzed from the aspects of purpose and operation mode, management system, support of management and strengthening cooperation and communication with the outside world. Finally, taking the construction and implementation of Qinyuan training College as a case, this paper deeply analyzes the details of the construction, hoping to provide reference and reference for the construction practice of Ningbo manufacturing enterprises. The enterprise universities of large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo should not be confined to the former parts and scattered development ideas. The planning and development of enterprises universities should be combined with the construction of strategic orientation and core competence. According to the demand of enterprise strategic development, the enterprise university becomes the booster to support the realization of enterprise strategy by changing into three roles: change promoter, employee development adviser and business partner. From the strategic orientation, the curriculum system, the teacher system, the quality assurance measure four links, provides the effective foundation safeguard for the enterprise university business high efficiency and the vitality operation, fully displays its to the staff, The value and influence of culture and organization.
